Our family of 4 used their Toyota Crysta vehicle driven by their driver Shibu , from Dec 24 to Dec 30 . Their rates were reasonable considering the holiday season ( didn’t try to exploit us unlike a few other agencies who were asking for 50-100% extra citing heavy demand ! ). The car itself was in a good condition but it was the presence of Shibu that really helped to make our trip memorable . He is an extremely safe driver and also provides great recommendations for sight seeing / adventure activities across Kerala . He could understand the interests very well and provided appropriate recommendations to enrich our itinerary - like boating in the Poovar back waters , the right place to purchase authentic banana chips and Kerala sarees , fusion Kathakali Raga at Munnar and a terrific restaurant at Alleppy. I would highly recommend Pepper Kerala Holidays and their professional staff .

We had a great 4 day trip with Akhosh around Kerala. He always arrived before departure time and was flexible and responsive to our ad hoc itinerary.
