Hassan II Mosque not to be missed!
A beautiful place to visit! Stunning architecture and craftsmanship. Gorgeous views all around. The tour inside was very interesting with the guide telling not only about the building but also aspects of worship. One word of advice, go directly there to buy your tickets rather than going through a tour company. I booked with tour and because other people in the group were late, we missed our planned entrance time and had to wait an hour for next tour.

Best place to stop and visit in Cassablanca!
It’s a definite MUST while in Cassablanca. It’s enormous, gorgeous, breathtaking and huge! We had a tour that started at 11- sharp! Not many others. Went very smoothly. The intricate tile work is unbelievable. The plaza area can hold 85,000 people! The inside, another 25,000. It’s not as opulent as the mosques in Dubai or AbuDabi , but still will take your breathe away. It’s on the crashing Atlantic- you won’t be able to walk out to the walkway- the surf comes right over the edges. How in the heck did they ever build this? Sheer genius by so many tradespeople. Best in Cassablanca!

    Gorgeous
Definitely take the tour! I found that this was the only thing worth doing in Casablanca. I would not spend more than a few hours in Casablanca. Please remember to wear clothing that would be acceptable such as keeping shoulders and knees covered. Try to wear loose modest clothing. You will be given a bag to put your shoes in upon entering. Do check the timings of the tours as you can't go any day anytime. Do try to buy your tickets in advance.

    Impressive and Beautiful Mosque
This is one of the largest mosques in the world. It is not very old (completed in 1993) and is a good combination of modern technology and the traditional style. Also, it is one of the few mosques in Morocco that a non-Islam can enter. This was our only tourist visit in Casablanca. On our first full day in Morocco, we visited this mosque before heading to Fes. The boardwalk on the ocean front offers a nice view of the mosque. Because we arrived well before the opening of the mosque, we waited at the entrance near the ocean front. However, the ticket office is on the other side on Rue de Tiznit, inside Hassan II Mosque Museum. It costs 130 Dirham to enter the mosque and the combo ticket for the mosque and the museum is 140. One can tour the mosque on her/hiw own, or join the free guided tours. Guided tours are offered free in several languages several times a day. The schedule is posted on the website of the mosque. In our case, we had a guided tour in English. Our guide took us around inside the mosque and the lower-level ablution hall which one may well miss without a guide. The scale of the main payer hall is impressive, and the decorations are stunning. The museum is rather simple. There are exhibitions on the construction process of the mosque and the styles and materials that were used. For 10 Dirham extra, we thought it was OK. If you do not have enough time, you may skip the museum.

    Spectacular
During our tour of Morocco we visited this beautiful mosque, it's a pity that we didn't have time to enter due to lack of time, but even from the outside it's worth it. It's truly imposing and stupendous, then the position where it was built is the best, that is at the edge of the ocean. In addition to seeing it up close, we went to a strategic point that the guide recommended to us where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean and the mosque and where the waves crash, a spectacle!

    Tour This Modern, Man-Made Marvel
You MUST visit this mosque if you go to Morocco. Words cannot express the beauty within or the scale without. We had a private tour with guide Hicham whose English was better than ours and whose knowledge was unrivaled. The tour was thorough but he paced it beautifully, so we did not feel tired or become distracted by physical discomforts. If there is a modern list of the "Seven Wonders of the World," this mosque should be on it. And the price was a bargain, too!

    Impressive Mosque you can visit
I believed that this mosque was the only one in Morocco open to non-Muslims. The mosque was grand, huge. I was very impressed with exterior and interior designs, Be sure to wear nice socks because you have to remove your shoes. In other words, do not wear socks where your big toe is poking through. You can take pictures. If you are in Casablanca, you must take the time to visit this place.

    Wonderful Mosque
Hassan II mosque is the second largest functioning mosque in Africa, has a Minaret of 210 meters. The mosque is really huge, overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The mosque is built with granite, marble and wood, with huge chandeliers. The ground floor has huge marble fountains and pillars. The design and decorations are truly amazing. The mosque can accommodate 25000 worshippers inside and about 80000 outside. The mosque has fixed timings to allow visitors inside. Please check before you go.

    A mosque well worth seeing
A mosque that is well worth seeing and can be visited as part of a guided tour. Must be booked in advance. The mosque was created by the best craftsmen in Morocco. I have visited many mosques in many countries, but this one, which is built on water, is one of the most beautiful and largest

    Stunning construction
We missed the cut off time, 2 pm, at Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca for visitors to view the interior. The mosque is one of the few that allows non-muslims to visits provided they adhere to the required dress code. The exterior is spectacular. It is a stunning dramatic 60 stories structure that jut out out to ocean. From a distance the structure looked very large and expansive. Built on reclaimed land with roof that opens.
