We visited on Tuesday and the exhibitions are great. Lots of information but even if you don’t want to spend all your time reading, visually it was brilliant. The food hall was interactive and tactile making you consider your daily choices. The animal displays were superb and it was nice to see how they actually make the faux taxidermy look so real! Sadly, we hadn’t booked tickets to the biodomo and it was full, so we decided to come back today (Thursday.) We felt paying for the ticket to the parc itself wasn’t a waste as we ended up wandering through the outdoor garden area and seeing some truly enormous birds of prey. It turned out that we had missed our biodomo slot by nearly an hour (no idea how we did this!) but the staff were really accommodating and didn’t care at all, allowing us straight in. The biodomo itself was worth the double entry cost and I highly recommend anyone visiting the parc pays to see this. The aquarium is stunning with some beautiful fish, sharks and other aquatic animals. I liked how it took you through coral to mangroves and you work your way up into the forest to see the lemurs, birds and reptiles. The one way system is well signposted and there’s plenty of information about the animals and plant life. It’s also not overwhelmingly hot which is a bonus (even when outside is nearly 24/25 degrees.) The gift shop is a bit rubbish and needs more science parc specific items and the reception will happily book you a taxi back to the centre of the city if you don’t want to walk. Thank you!

I like it! The museum has several rooms with various exhibitions and interactive elements, which makes the experience more fun. In the biodome we can observe various animals, from fish to monkeys. In the outdoor area, I recommend the spectacle of the birds of prey and the visit to the mariposa.

We had a pleasant time in this museum which is huge and very informative for both young and old. There is so much to see that you have to plan a day to visit everything. The museum combines very detailed explanations and activities to experiment. It is just a shame that a plan is not given to the reception so that the public can see everything there is to see. The museum is a 20-minute walk from the centre of Granada.

Even as a tourist who is not from Granada, we really enjoyed this science museum which we visited as we had an extra day to kill in Granda and had seen most of the other tourist sites. It is a truly enormous complex, one of the largest science museums we have been to, and has lots of different zones covering for example, the human body, space, biology and wildlife etc (with live animals like monkeys in the rainforest-like biodome). There was also a very impressive taxidermy section with very realistic stuffed animals. There are also outdoor areas, a garden, butterfly exhibit and tower with views over the city. What is impressive about the exhibits is they cater to different ages; interesting to both younger and older children and adults, with lots to learn and lots of interactivity. The signs have the right level of detail; in both Spanish and English. The planetarium was just in Spanish so we skipped that.

Touring Andalusia with the family we stopped in the Science Museum to do something also with our young child. I have to say I was happily and really surprised because the pictures you see mostly on Internet or nothing compared to the entire structure which is pretty big and divided in a good way to not bore visitors too much and you can go on to the next kind of science. I recommend it mostly for children...there are many things just for them...more than for adults although I have to say, as an adult, I found it quite interesting and I wasn't expecting the outdoor areas and the cafeteria. I enjoyed the geology/planet earth area, the butterfly garden, and space area most...plus the huge rocks being spun around with just water. There's enough parking on the road in front and I saw an underground parking. Everything for a great price of 7€ wh8ch is nothing compared to other countries. Only bad thing is the worst architecture of the CajaGranada Fundacion building in front of the museum...the architect should be ashamed for such an ugly box structure and the city should have denied permission to build , reason ugliness ruining the image of the city.

You do not go to Granada definitely for this museum but if you find a rainy day or too hot, it can be a good alternative. It develops in a central part with interesting and well presented pavilions but special only for those who do not attend this type of museum. There is also an outdoor area with butterfly area and games for children. Recommendation to climb the tower by elevator. It enjoys a beautiful view and even for those suffering from vertigo will find the appropriate protections. Then there is the live animals area where you enter with times fixed on the ticket and pay separately. Not too vast allows you to see fish and tropical animals including some monkeys that come close enough. The museum is located in a peripheral and underserved area. I had a lot of difficulty finding a taxi back to the city.

Very good science park for a city of its size. Multiple exhibits and buildings, much bigger than it looks. Biodome is a hidden gem of Granada. Can easily spend 5-6 hours there. On-site cafeteria was mediocre. Overall the park is definitely worth a visit for the price.
