Go when the weather is sunny
We came at 10.00 and it was not so crowded. Later it was full of people. Actually it’s all about walking around the sphere, looking at the signed map with some descriptions of buildings. But many of them are located far, so you see a photo and a description but not a real building. While not those which are close and well seen are described, even those looking really old. One circle around the floor took about 30min. We also took a VR session - a video about 8min long. Could be more exciting but still is a good experience.

It’s ok as a viewing platform
Great big monument built during the era of the. Elton wall. It’s easy to get in where you can book on line or on the day. Small queries to get up in the smoothest of elevators. 10 min queue to get down. It’s basically an observation deck with images and info about what you see. It would have been better if the bar was open and I could have enjoyed a coffee.

    Great views of Berlin
Prebooked reservation for dinner. Book near window for best view. Entrance is timed and must go up two flights of stairs to visitor level then another to restaurant. Sunset views of entire city as platform slowly moves. Food was decent. Live piano player during meal, can dress casual. Neat to see contrast of West to East.

    Berlin from above
I don't think that this is the most interesting or must-see building in Berlin, but it's definitely a spot from where you can see all the important buildings in Berlin from above perspective. The interesting part of the tower is the gift shop at the end of the tour where you can buy funny souvenirs, such as pencil eraser in a shape of Trabant. I recommend to buy the tickets in advance, otherwise you wait in a long line to get them at the place. This applies also for VR video that you can go for at the place. I skipped that opportunity just because the ticket line was too long and I didn't feel like wasting my time there.

    Great Views but Overpriced
The view of the whole city is what makes this worthwhile. It was expensive however and we were disappointed that the bar was closed, which would have given us more time to sit and enjoy the view. If you plan on going, book your ticket on a sunny day to see as much as possible. If you're going at autumn/winter time, the views are more limited due to mist and overcast weather.

Breathtaking experience, but be prepared to queue
We booked a timeslot of 4pm and arrived on time, but were left queuing for a further hour before we finally got up the tower. Once we were up there, the experience was amazing, and the staff were incredible. However, the experience was soured and cut short as we had dinner plans to attend so didn't have enough time to fully enjoy it. When booking tickets online, you should be given fast-track access, or a more appropriate idea of how long the wait can be to get up there.

    Nice View
Very touristy, but a really cool experience. Views of the city are great and you can see the divide of East vs. West pretty clearly from above (architecturally). Gift shop also had some cool souvenirs to take back.

    Really enjoyable experience, though expensive....
We booked a window seat in advance at the restaurant which gave us the great views in the spinning restaurant (full cycle in 30 minutes). We had a decent meal to go along with 90 minutes or so of great evening views across Berlin. Well worth going to and i would book the restaurant again. We were able to go to the viewing platform on the floor below as part of the experience, but busier times this may not be allowed.

A great view that’s terribly unorganised
We pre-booked our visit to the tower after witnessing the long and rather chaotic queue earlier in the week. Sadly, pre-booking made little difference as the entrance signage is unclear, the staff are uninterested in guiding people and it’s just a massive crowd piling into a tiny doorway. Once inside the tower, the view is fantastic, but it did get very crowded very quickly. More organisation is needed! I can’t comment on the restaurant as we didn’t visit (this was to the existing reviews).

    Great view
We went there in February 2023 It was a cool experience. But first you should stay in line and wait a little bit. Then smell in elevator might be unpleasant. But when you get to the top the view is great. You can walk around and see 360*
