VIP transportation exceeded our expectations! From the beginning, their sales contact, Carly, communicated quickly and thoroughly. She set pricing expectations ahead of time and wrote detailed emails, which was helpful since I did not have the same level of communication with other transportation companies in Cabo. I visited Cabo for a bachelorette party in May 2024 with 16 girls. We booked the Mercedes Sprinter with 16 seats for three separate days, traveling to and from the hotel to restaurants. The Mercedes Sprinters were nice, updated, clean, and had strong AC. Some drivers had a cooler with water for the guests, but not all, so keep that in mind. Each driver was on time, friendly, and flexible with us changing pickup times and locations at an extra cost. Being with 16 girls, plans do change, so VIP’s flexibility was a HUGE bonus for our party. Payments were easy from the beginning. You are required to pay in full upfront through a secure Stripe link via credit card. If you make any changes to pickup times or drop-off locations on the day of, they will send you a secure link through email, which is very convenient. They provided quick responses all week! I would highly recommend them and will recommend VIP Transportation to friends and family who visit Cabo San Lucas. We had a family (16 people) vacation in Los Cabos last week (Aug 2024) and I had arranged airport transfers with VIP Transportation. Due to the size of our group we decided to go with two(2) limos. On arrival, we just walked by all the craziness of the airport (lots of people trying to get you to go with them) and we went outside to the designated pickup place and our greeter was there and so was our two(2) limos and drivers. Our drive to the hotel went smoothly. Something I usually don't see with other limo companies, but this one had a cooler full of beer and water. Along with a bottle of sparkling wine in both limos. Our hotel pickup going back to the airport was on time, with both limos arriving at the same time. Our return ride back to the airport had a full cooler again in both limos! You usually don't get anything on a limo ride back to the airport, but this was a nice departure treat and something I really enjoyed and appreciate. Arranging transportation for large groups usually is a pain and finding a reliable transportation company, one that shows-up on time consistently even harder. VIP Transportation definitely has set a high standard and has not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. A special thank you to Carly Rojas, she was exceptional in arranging pickups and drop-offs. Even last-minute changes to our schedule. One of our travelers had a flight change and Carly was able to arrange airport pickup right away without missing a beat.

My wife decided to go to Cabo for a birthday party at the last minute during spring break. I called the other big limo/transport company Trans....and they refused to do a less than 48 hour reservation. My wife was traveling alone and I needed to be sure she would safely get to the resort from the hotel. VIP allowed me to get a private Suburban at the last minute and at very reasonable price ( about the same as a run down cab ) , Cold drink and clean sleek new Suburban took her to resort in style , comfort ,and safety. My nephew decided to fly in the next day and again VIP saved the day ! They also took them to the airport after the weekend was over . Great company !

My husband and I scheduled private transportation to and from the airport and our hotel by the marina in Cabo. They were timely in both pick ups, comfortable ride, and we loved going directly to our resort and not needing to stop along the way. Also, with our booking, there was no need to waste time at the hotel to schedule the departure. Very convenient and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We used VIP Transportation on recommendation from a friend to pick up our college age son and friends for Spring break in Cabo to and from the airport with a grocery stop. All instructions were communicated well, the kids easily found their airport pick up. Would absolutely use again - thank you!

Amazing service and highly recommend! We go to Cabo at least once a year and we always book with VIP from the airport to our hotel, with a stop for groceries on the way. It is so easy at the airport / you walk outside and you are greeted by the nicest staff. You wait a few minutes (time enough for a drink!) and your driver arrives, loads your bags and takes you to your destination. When we went to the market they helped load all of our groceries. Really appreciated the email they sent a couple days prior to our arrival with very specific directions about where to meet our driver. They even send a photo of the person who meet & greet us along with her ID card. Really appreciated cold water or beer on the ride in -- nice way to start the vacation. SUV was clean and driver was courteous! Half the price of our hotel as well...would use VIP again!

The process couldn't have been easier. Booking via text was very smooth. They provided clear and easy to follow pickup instruction at the airport. Drivers were very nice and prompt. Suburban's were in great condition and well maintained. If you're heading to Cabo, these guys are a no brainer!

Great experience! We used this company to get from SJD to La Garza Blanca Resort. They gave great instructions a few days prior on where to go to meet the driver. Efficient and would use again. Nice vehicle and driver.

They picked us up from where we were staying in Cabo arriving 15 minutes before The man was immaculately dressed the car was very clean and we arrived at the airport on time They also offered us drinks in the car and the car was at a comfortable temperature
