My husband & I spent 5 days there last week. I can't say enough about the place, the people, meals, activities and the environment surrounding the lodge. Each day was fantastic. I feel very fortunate to have experienced this paradise!

You can raft out of the lodge to Siquirres. From there take a rent a car or private shuttle to La Fortuna. It may take between 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic!!

Dear Robin, It all packed in waterproof bags and containers. They have a sperate boat, just for the luggage. A lot of people came with cases which exceeded the given limits. Of course, bigger suitcases are not possible but... More
