The staff is very nice and courteous. We had good experience. I would specially mention the manager Abhishek, he was very supportive and he took care of even the smallest things so that we can have a great vacation. The place is very well located with a river running next to it. Few things that can be improved are cleanliness of the tents and restaurant menu is priced on higher side.

That's the feeling we got after a recent 2 day trip to Kanha National Park and stay at Sterling. A well maintained property with good ambience.
Impressed by the attitude of Sterling staff, quality and taste of food. They were very helpful in all the ways starting from booking, arranging activities, availability, cleanliness of rooms or other services, not just for us but others as well.
Staying options- Vila, normal rooms & tents.
Good arrangements made inside the vicinity for indoor & outdoor activites, sports, meditation and fitness. (Like Cycling, badminton, carrom etc)
Internet and phone connectivity was good at the place you can continue working hassle free.
Special thanks to Neeraj (from reception) & Yogendra(from Cafeteria) for all the assistance.
Would recommend must stay at Sterling Kanha, if you are planning a trip.

Initially disappointed as not provided the requested rooms as per modified bookings, but subsequently One room was made available for my friend couple, and Second room was provided next day. First night,we were kept in a Tent room. Accommodations quite cozy and with all normal facilities. Being surrounded by forest, needs better cleaning outdoors. Food served at Restaurant was excellent. Chef Dinaram and Server Pawar took good care of our needs. Packed breakfast early morning on Safari day, was quite thoughtful, to meet hunger in forest. Safari was booked through Resort, though it charged extra as Services, but it was worth as Vehicle picked up from Resort and dropped us, besides once we sighted Tiger in forest, it's all worthy.

The hotel is beautiful and the food here is just fantastic!! The front desk took great care of us and the restaurant service leader, Samit is just great (he personally took care of our needs during breakfast, lunch,dinner and helped my 76 years old mother and my two daughters from the Netherlands serving special dishes!). The location of the hotel is next to a river and a nice walk along the river possible. The safaris are also organized by front desk (Radhe) and he was a great help! Stay here and enjoy!

We had a two day stay here, one day in the riverside tent, and one day in the room. We preferred the room because even though the tent was good and had a heater, it got quite cold in the night for us. It's a beautiful, peaceful property, ideal for a weekend getaway from the hectic lives back home. Food was always good. We loved the overall service and would like to mention Nawaz who helped us get the room and decorations and helped us with a smile for a beautiful candlelight dinner and everything we requested, Samit who helped with his polite service, and Satendra who was our server during all our meals. We definitely recommend this property, and would love to return again.

Restaurant is adequate to accommodate the full occupancy of the resort. out side scenic beauty is awesome and one can enjoy while taking food. Room is spacious with king size bed, sofa cum bed and sit out place with proper furnishing. Bathroom is quite specious with toiletries etc. We stayed in R.no.101 having lovely scenic beauty and can see the sun rise sitting in outside lobby. Upkeep of room is very good. Landscaping is awesome and walking trails for morning are decent. Best thing of the resort is greenery and peace . We could see lots of birds and Baboons (Langoors) Food quality of the restaurant is awesome, We stayed for 14 days and all the days we took food in restaurant and were quite happy with the hygiene, quality and presentation of food. Mr Sumitdass Gupta (GM) has groomed his team very humble and highly professional. Here worth mentioning few name S/Shri Neeraj (F&B Manager) , Neerraj Baghel (Front office Manager), Yogendra (F&B), Chef Deenaram, Vikash(Front office), Zivein (Funzone), Abhishek(Front office),, Rinku (House keeping), Electrician (name not remembering and gardner Anand. Thanks to Mr. Sumit dass Gupta and Neeraj (F&B) made our trip ever memorable. Ofcourse entire team contributed a lot.

This was our 3rd visit to this resort and 5th visit to kahna in total. We books 2 studio rooms 104 and 105. Had a great experience this time as well. The housekeeping and front desk staff was really very helpful and supportive. We didn't faced any issue either while ordering food or cleanliness.
The rooms a quite big and full sanitized with all amenities. The resort ambiance is beautiful. Great for kids to enjoy full day. Lots of greenery and close to nature. I would like to recommend this resort and book meals here too as the food is really very tasty.
Lastly thanks to all the resort staff especially this guy called Gulshan(housekeeping staff) who really taken care of all the visitors with utmost hard work with a smile.

We stayed at this property in jan 22.Its a must stay property.5kms from main attraction kanha national park khatia gate. Their staff is really Amazing.They are courteous smiling and always willing to do everything in their might to make your stay comfortable .. Special thanks to many of their staff members who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable like Mr.Yogendra for lovely hospitability shown to us.He made sure our stay was comfortable. Mr Umashanker for giving us precise shortcut directions via a videocall which google map did not show which saved us lot of time while we self drove ourself to/from the property.His precision on directions was admirable. Mr Niraj for smooth checking,very informative and jovial person.We had great interaction with him. Overall we will definately visit this property again and recommend others to visit with family and friends...

We visited a month back from now and took the Villa with Machan. Accommodating 3 adults on the bed there could be difficult, not sure whether they allow 4 adults in one room. You may want to check with them once. When it comes to safari, we did book the same from them, costed us a little over usual price but it was worth it. The pick-up drop was from the resort itself and they also pack sufficient breakfast for you. Would suggest taking safari from here for hassle free experience. And about the pool, it was closed in Jan end as per govt. guidelines, again, check with the resort once.
STERLING has regular rooms as well as tents which accommodates a couple Prices ,availability has to be checked on line or you can phone directly .phone no has to be checked on web
