A good property with great views and modern rooms. Service could improve. Problem areas are poor Internet connectivity, buggy to lower level hotel requires long wait, room key cards get deactivated within a day and no walking trails. Good attention by front office Somnath, activities manager Rajesh, restaurant server Sukhendu, house keeper Tamil and spa masseur Shambu.

Serene stay was for one day only as i stayed more days in the other property at munnar. But in this one day we were impressed by the receptivity and dedication of your reception desk. Room was excellent. Food was good and stay was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem was frequent power outage and bad internet signal. It was raining most of the time and hence could not venture out much.

We had a very nice time in Munnar. Our stay at CM Mount Serene was good. The room facilities were good but bathroom had a problem of water stagnation. The overall ambience and valley views from the resort were really very nice. The staff were quite helpful and courteous. Food was prohibitively costly so we didn’t have it at the resort. We had good weather when we stayed so had a lot of fun going around to the various attractions. On the whole, a great vacation.

We stayed for 2 days in May 2022. The hospitality from the staff team was really good (especially Mr. Murugan) . The misty view from our balcony was mind blowing .We stayed at ‘DEW’ block . The climate was really nice . They provide an activity area for small games. Food buffet includes variety of options and it was really tasty. If you are looking for a stressfree holiday then this will be your best option.
