From the minute we checked in, the efforts taken by the Staff of Club Mahindra to ensure that we had a comfortable stay is very commendable. They really spoilt us with room decorating surprises, bonfires and food to care of very specific needs. great place to relax with family, cool weather, food is costly otherwise ok approx 4000 rs for 2 for one dinner. Housekeeping was good, rooms were spacious . book a self driven cab from kochi preferably otherwise taxi cost is high and taxi service is not hygeinic

Great place for a peaceful vacation, really enjoyed alot. Staffs are very supportive, starting from the reception Mr. Abhishek was very helpful during the check-in process and later rooms were very neat. Talking about the restaurant, it has many delicious cuisines prepared by chef selvam and other chefs in the buffet, restaurant incharge Mr. Joshi and his teammates Christin, Akhil etc made us feel really special. Kudos to the kitchen and restaurant team. Activities can be improved by the management. Overall it was a great stay, would recommend to. Visit.

Very good property , courteous staff. From check in to the entire stay , we felt that we are at home . The house keeping services are beyond expectations. Good activities in the resort . Specific to mention Mrs Asha and Mr kuriakkose Mathew for the service provided . Even the chef MR Vipin was so kind full that we were served extra food which were not part of he buffet . Rooms were very tidy and service was at door step in minutes .

The service was good. The Lakeview property of club mahindra is better than the Mount Serene property in terms of view and facilities nearby .Wifi is a very big issue in certain rooms of Mount Serene . The studio rooms are very small and compact . The food was good and the chef (Nagaselvam) made us excellent jain food The adventure activities are good. Kolukkmalai is nearby but the ride is quite bumpy and majority of it is offroad. You can go in evening for sunset or very early morning for sunrise.The view from there is amazing. Joshi George served us very well with a smile in the restaurant. Shreya and Komal helped us in deciding the activities and Murugan was very helpful.

We checked in to the property in Jan 2020 and believe me, its a beautiful property. Best part is, its at the top of the hill which makes very far and away from the main area.
A small and new property with every facility just some steps away is the best part. If you want to relax and have a peaceful vacation, this is the place to go.
For those who want to enjoy other adventurous activities, the club provides free shuttle service to its bigger resort, Club Mahindra Munnar which is just 1 Km away, which contains some adventure activity in their property itself and cabs are available for hire for other sight seeing and adventure activities in Munnar.
The spread at dinner buffet and morning breakfast was great and manager & chef gives you personal attention whenever possible.
Really had a great time staying their for 2 nights.

I had booked 2 days in Mount Serene in Feb'20. When I reached Munnar I was informed by the receptionist in Lake View that the Resort is closed and the booking will be shifted to Lake View. There was no prior information regarding this to me.

We went on a e-bike tour. While Munnar was at its pristine best, what added more to the whole experience is of having Rishi next to us. He knows his trade well… this guy carried couple of spare batteries and without them we would have been stuck on our way back. If you are in club Mahindra Munnar then e-bike is a must! Thanks Rishi for making it a memo trip for us

Mount Serene Munnar is the lesser sister of Lake View Club Mahindra Munnar situated 2 kms further from Lake View but with views from the rooms not as good . However, the Dining experience at the quaint restaurant at Mount Serene was amazing with personalised attention from the chef and the restaurant staff. The housekeeping staff was good and meticulous and were kind enough to send the boxes of tea leaves which I had purchased but left behind in the room by mistake. They contacted me promptly and informed me of the package that I had forgotten behind and assured to send it to me immediately. There is a shuttle service between Lake View and Mount Serene which runs every half an hour. Guests from Mount Serene often descend to Lake View for their meals. Personally I found the dining experience to be superior by far at Mount Serene. Both Lake View and Mount Serene are situated quite far from Munnar town and guests are more or less dependant on the resort for their meals. A car is necessary for any sightseeing.

We had an excellent trip to Munnar, Travel desk Manager Ullas planned our visit right from picking us up at cochin airport, places to visit for the 2 days and to spend time in resort and then finally drop back at airport. he also ensured the plan he gave to us was well executed and was in touch with us throughout our stay..He also engaged my kids in Sports room whenever we were indoors in the resort during rains,. Appreciate all his support during our stay at Club Mahindra. Rooms were well Maintained. Room service provided was also great, staff came to us quickly whenever we had any challenge and resolved it at the earliest. We had alacarte breaskfast and dinner at resort, food was great and appreciate the restaurant staff who provided us various food options. WiFi worked well at resort,. Rooms are cold during rains and we were provided with heater which ensured to keep us warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay at club Mahindra mount serene and thanks to all staff over there.
