We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view during Feb 1st weekend . Hotel management and staff are following the COVID protocols strictly - right from sanitizing the car tyres and footware , and automated temperature machine before checking in. I was impressed by the double check of measuring the temperature before entering the restaurant. Felt very safe during our stay. If you are Club Mahindra member, to save money , I would recommend to avail any pre offer on food ( I took 3 meal package) using web/app rather than availing it from hotel. It comes with a free fruit/beverage pack as well. I would like to thank Bijoy - a club mahindra employee found in restaurant - recommending vegetarian options we were looking for. Taking this forum to thank him as we could not say this before our check out. Thumbs up for a heavy breakfast options and rooms with wonderful sunrise views!

We visited this resort to Celebrate my Birthday after it re-opened in July 2020 adhering to Covid Protocols.
The Property is beautiful with an excellent view overlooking the Tea Estates.Covid precautions were perfectly in place & followed. We were welcomed by Asha and other members of staff, who were very helpful & polite thru out our stay.
We stayed in a Studio Room which has a balcony and kitchenette. Room was extremely clean, spacious & comfortable. Our room was specially decorated for my Birthday with local & cute flowers which was a very sweet gesture by the staff. A special dinner was arranged with a birthday cake & the food we love. Chef Vikas made delicious food & always took our inputs. Even when we ordered for room service the food came properly packed in carboard, disposable boxes with sanitizer and we were provided garbage bags for its disposal following Covid Protocols. The resort has various activities thru out the day but due to Covid at the time they were shut. enjoyed a day walk in the tea estate.
This resort is a must visit for its serene view and great service to celebrate special occasions or to just have a relaxing time with your loved ones.
We had an amazing & memorable experience.

I booked Club Mahindra Mount Serene after looking at the reviews from internet. It is supposed to be 4 star hotel. However it turns out that Club Mahindra has two properties 2 kms apart. Mount Serene is the newer one with beautiful rooms, other one is a 25 year old property with pathetic amenities and crampy and old rooms. On reaching Mount Serene we were asked to shift to the other one( Club Mahindra Lakeside) as the no. of guests were few and they were cutting on the operational costs. Also the play here is that the property mount serene has no amenities of its own. You have to walk down ( or wait half an hour for their shuttle service) to the older property for breakfast and other amenities. Now the lakeside rooms offered are in no way match to a four star hotel. The rooms are crampy, the buffet is exorbitantly costly with stinking hall, gym is only namesake, the rooms offered had no angle with the tv, people wanted to go out and have dinner outside at unknown Desi restaurants just because they couldn't accept the quality and costs offered by Club Mahindra. I believe anyone coming to Munnar can go to any other resort/hotel as Club Mahindra is just exploiting it's customers. Honestly, the kind of services offered by Club Mahindra make me feel like people should move away from mainstream brands like club Mahindra and explore other resorts which might Atleast offer better services than Club Mahindra

Stayed in this resort from 6 to 13 April 2022, room no. 1176 studio,this property is very big,location is beautiful, all the time climate is pleasant and cool,we can avail out side near by all Glossary, restaurants, Home made chocolates and spices. Rooms of resort is big size very spacious,and good furnished, All resort staff are very cooperative n Helpful, shuttle service of resort for Dropping to rooms and pickup from rooms for Reservation Area with all good Drivers, in front office Sr. Manager - Anitha Joseph and. We stayed for 3 days in club mahindra munnar. Being the first guest soon after the reopening of the resort we were privileged to get a Royal welcome. Club mahindra is following is strict protocol in terms of sanitation, social distancing and wearing mask making sure that we are always safe all the time. On the second day morning we went for a trek with Derrick rozario and Thulasha gurung to the top of the hill behind the resort. Their presence along with us kept us busy and entertained. We also have a wonderful dining experience with DJ music again ensuring proper protocol and hygiene.

We visited club Mahindra Munnar with family to spend some time together for my fathers birthday. When we reached we were blown away by the hospitality and the care given to us through our stay. They even planned a surprise DJ and a birthday cake for my dad. The food was amazing and the chef personalised the menu according to our cravings. In these difficult times, we also felt very safe at the resort thanks to the extreme care given to the safety and cleanliness. The safety standards where according to the WHO standards and we could see the effort they made to make the resort safe again. Despite these difficult times we would love to visit club Mahindra again soon :)

Club Mahindra Munnar is one of the best properties among all of them . I personally love them and I am member too ❤️ . I think this is my 5th time here in Club Mahindra Munnar . It’s really amazing and adventurous. Especially the food , so I had dinner yesterday and we ordered the asian non veg combo and another combo which had meals . It was really tasty and the way they packed the food , it was really neat and clean especially during this condition. Thank you chef Ajesh . Also the warm welcoming by staffs at the reception Mr Adarsh , Mr Shyamlal and the whole team . Also a huge applause to those who keep this resort clean and tidy . I have a request that u can lower the price of the food a bit so it will be affordable for everyone to try it out and also can provide a WiFi set up in each room . Me and my family had a really good time here . Will be coming soon Insha Allah .

Resort and staff were well prepared to receive us with most care and concern.m/s Anitha, Asha,Abbas and raghu invited us with all the safety measures like from sanitizing our luggage to other contactless procedures .all the common areas were marked and sanitized at Times. S. Pani cleaned our room by wearing ppe kit only.Sous chef.Vipin and bakery specialist Ajeesh had showcased a variety of authentic food dishes taking into account of each individuals taste,, especially my children were satisfied with nuggets French fries pizza grilled chicken ets.steward Sony, bijoy ,ambareesh and vikas served us with utmost courtesy.mr.anoop cared us from the housekeeping side. I had visited MS, munnar in the month of Jan , 21, at the time of check in I had a warm welcome by Mr. Ajith the front desk executive. He had a warm, happy and welcoming smile on his face. Next I met Mr. Murugan, the resort manager. He was very knowledgeable, humble and a helpful person.he was always available in the resort anytime of the day or night. Hats off to him and his team members. The rooms at MS resort were very neat, clean and were very well maintained. One side of the room had a lake view with tea garden and the other side had a large mountain and a forest area. Since I had stayed for 3 nights, we had a 2 meal package in the restaurant, as the occupancy was very low, only Ala cart was served in mount Serene restaurant, so every time we had to visit a restaurant, we were provided a cab by the Club Mahindra munnar which was situated at the lower level (2 Kms) from the resort. But the 2 Kms drive every day was the best drive, very scenic. The tea room had the best lake and the tea garden view. Now comes the best part of the stay.... Our meal in Tea room restaurant, the spread was too good, with lots and lots of varieties of food served. The Desert spread were very yummy and had different types of sweets all 3 days. Thank you Tea room restaurant staff, Ajith, Sinol, Vishnu, Abin, Bijou (He was very good in conversation and made sure we were served properly), Chef Sourabh,Chef Mintu. Overall our stay was very comfortable...thank you Club Mahindra team at Mount Serene Resort and Club Mahindra Munnar
