It was a very pleasant stay. Suman The manager of Holiday Heaven was very helpfull in coordination the visit spots, good food choices were provided. Geaser for hot water was available, overall it was an peaceful stay.

It was a very good experience at Holiday Heaven Resort. The staffs were also very good. It was a good atmosphere out there calm and quiet. Good option for the couples as well as your friends. Morning breakfast was also super (Puttu).

The ambiance was awesome. The staff were very polite .the privacy was highly appreciable. Good food and very nice customer service also.safe and clean with amazing mountain view.we stayed for September 4-5 .we had a good time with our family.

Stayed in resort for 2 night. Location is good for nature lovers. Separate from Munnar. Service was good. Food options are less but can be ignored for short stay. Misty mountain view at the evenings with cool weather. Surroundings are really great and good to explore in early morning. Staff was courteous and always ready to help.

We were around 15 people booked at holiday heaven. It is a very secure place and away from crowd. We have had camp-fire and music in the evening that great fun. There are plenty of space inside the resort that is a great for a playing around and for party mood too. We selected their meal plan and that was great. Good selection of starters and main dishes. Staff was really pleasant and helpful even at some of my friends wired requirements. Good place for a party without disturbing others.

I had a very good time in Holiday Heaven. I stayed during 10-11 March here. Excellent service and nice ambience for those looking for peaceful and relaxing time in beautiful hill station like Munnar. Only thing is it around 25 km away from Munnar city at Chinnakanal thekadi road

A very nice place and situated much higher than Munnar at place called as Chinnakanal. You'll have different types of small villas here, as per your requirement. I have given four stars, just because washrooms needs a bit touch up, rest everything is great. Villas have nice interiors & well maintained. Good service and very courteous staff. Thanks to Joseph for his prompt support, whenever required. Surroundings are really great and there are many places worth visiting nearby.

We a family of 6 arrived there on 12th night.The manager was very helpful to give us the directions to reach there.After our arrival we were feeling much relieved by their courtesy.The rooms were very clean n the overall maintanace was good. The room service was good and the food was also not bad. My kids felt at home n enjoyed every minute there.I would recommend this place to all my friends n relatives.If ever we plan to go to munnar again we would go there definetly.I woulf appreciate the manager much for his professionalism manner towards the guests.Loved holiday heaven.
