The location is in the middle of nowhere. I was staying there for business, and if I am completely honest I was not satisfied with the room. It is small, however the heating w working well, so at least it wasn't cold. The bathroom is also small, and the mirror was ridiculously low. Good luck seeing yourself if you are...

Stayed in room 306 - a large clean room, simple modern décor with great wall picture of a wolf. Heating worked very well. TV with multiple channels. Breakfast was good with enough choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, bread, juices etc including cooked breakfast.

A very good place to stay if you are passing through. It is a bit out of the way but if you have your own transport it is fine. I stayed for 5 nights because I was there for a local event. They laid on a special brunch which was excellent and the evening meal was also very good. The...

Rude concierge who put is a 3rd (top in roof eves) floor room in an otherwise empty block on a very hot day. Was it because we were English and he liked the idea of us lugging our luggage up the stairs. (No lift) Once in the room it was dirty with a mouldy shower cubicle. After complaining was given...

This is a roadside inn with restaurant which is punching above its weight. Clearly the location isn't the best unless you're en-route somewhere and need an overnight. It's modern, clean and the 3* rooms are comfortable if a little "functional". Breakfast is in a quirky room which you wouldn't think ideal but works nicely. Food good. The 2* building across...

We stopped over night on our way to italy and stayed in the hotel rather than the more expensive lodge. WHile advertised as near Chambery centre, this certainly isnt, and it ]s not the most straightforward place to find / get to (lots of one way roads, motorway exits etcs). We visited at the end of august so the advertised...

I stayed 3 days at the Altedia. There are 2 hotels in 1 location. The 4-star hotel is wonderful! The rooms have very comfortable beds and large showers. Plus, you can access the spa with hot tub and cardio exercise equipment. The restaurant has a nice menu - enough for a variety every meal during the week - and lovely...

We stopped here for one night en route to Italy from the UK having booked online and never having been here before. The Hotel is right next to the main route through the area but you would never know this due to the lack of road noise! The Hotel itself has a fantastic 'out there' room decor/style and the good...

The hotel is in a quiet place and with spa and gym available in the same structure. The restaurant atmosphere is great, very classy with tasty food. There are 2 options of room and for me the difference among the 2 and 3 stars is unjustified. I will always get the 2 for 85 € with dinner rather than the...

“Ask for a room away from the entrance. All the smokers gather there first thing in the morning and, apart from the fog of smoke that hits you when you open your door/window, the walls are a bit thin and you can hear them talking/coughing/sneezing - not what you want at 7am in the morning!”
