Vision behind making Himachal Heritage Village is to present a glimpse to the guests of different types of village architecture and old living style in peaceful ecofriendly environment. At first phase, we have four houses with UNA, Kangra, Barot and Khaniara style. All rooms are attached with individual bathroom and changing room.
Great location, really pleasant Peaceful and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff and its owner Mr H R Dogra. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. They serve really delicious Authentic Himachali Food In Traditional Way Really Loved The Hospitality And Our Stay Will surely be back With more Friends and Family Best wishes

The heaven is a place on earth was a song we lived and I can certainly say... this is one of those rare places which is a zilllion trillion times better than any photograph you would see of it! So 3 nights at khaniyara cottage in HHV and we could have just stayed longer! The place is made with love by Mr Dogra who is a super warm host along with his son Akshay and their team working here makes you feel super special! If in a hill station you wish to get back to hotel sooner than roaming around.. u know something must be amazing! The cottages reflect on the Himachali architecture and certainly value for money!after having their breakfast, lunch and dinner.. we can say.. what food❤️ Value for money ✅ Food ✅ Instagram friendly ✅ Dog friendly ✅ Oh did I add.... the evening when it’s cold or raining... you might get the fireplace in the room light up some action:) have a great stay you guys and don’t miss to say a hi to their Tibetan mastiffs:) LOVE the people, place and vibe!

This was my second stay here, i stayed in last week of Dec 2019 and last week of 2018 as well. Amazing stay, great food, very helpful and friendly staff. Mr. Dogra is a great host, met his family as well. Rooms are nice, each room is made a different theme, big lawn on the back side for kids to play, near by small river to go. Food is great, they make special himachali food from organic farming they do at the resort. If you are looking for a quiet, nice, relaxing place with friends or family, then himachal heritage is a best pick in that area.

Pathetic place with bad food and pathetic service 😠I think owner is not at all bothered to renovate the property. Geyser didn’t work, toilet jet didn’t work ..there’s lack of basic amenities.. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.unhygienic chef and other people don’t go there .

Good cottages and good prompt services. Pros - 1. secluded. 2. Greenary. 3. Cordial hotel staffs. 4. Good Himachali and non Himachali foods 5. Easily accessible from major locations.6. aesthetically decorated in Himachali tradition.
Recommendation for improvement - 1. Holistic health services if offered. Exp- yoga, aerobics, spa / massages. ( On payment basis)

We really found the place ultimate at Palampur. Beautiful place, heritage huts of Himachal. Nice maintained. Food is quite good. Remotely located. Evening was really amazing. Good place for star gazing. Market is 5km away so no disturbance. Noone stay near by 4-5 km.

Our 3 nights stay was so mesmerising giving us a feeling of being in a paradise. The location is so well tucked within mountains. Dholadhar range of mountains can seen from the premises. The food was fabulous. There is ample parking available on the premises.

A very beautiful place to stay in palampur . Its like sittig in lap of nature . very pleasant atmosphere in day and moderate cold in night even in month of june end. Excellent staff with services . Check with the resort directly as prices may be different for different room and season as well. We went with our 2 kids and it was a wonderful experience for them being so close to the nature.
There are more places to choose from in the Palampur area.
