Pathetic behaviour by the owner on phone in front of cameras about selling a deluxe room and taking away the AC remotes and shouting at us for no reason. He never mentioned he won't provide AC and kept on disrespecting us on call. Mr. Varun kalra - hotel owner This hotel should be removed from listing ASAP and nobody should visit this place especially with families because the owner forced us to take out our luggage and vacate the place. HORRIBLE DISGUSTING PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR.

Offers complete value for money. Rooms are clean, I just stayed there for a night. You get what you pay for. Don't expect too much. Go for Super Deluxe rooms with balcony. Its centrally located and some nice food joints like dominos are walking distance

It was such a fantastic experience here at Surbhi Hotel. Perfect stay, perfect service, beautiful people around amidst a heavenly surrounding. I love the rooms and the people around very much. It was such a great time in he hotel. A perfect choice for a perfect stay.

We booked the room from goibibo.. Got an excellent room with fantastic hospitality... Good food.. But to get good view, one has to go to the roof.. Neat and clean budget hotel... Highly recommended .. If required hotel staff will arrange car for sight seeing also..

I'll try to write a crisp review, Pros: 1. Nice location as it is 5-10 minutes walk away from the market. 2. Service is good. Staff is calm and helpful. 3. Food is good but order north Indian only. Chowmin & Manchurian were not so good. Cons: 1. Rooms need maintenance and painting. But that should not be a big issue for a traveler. 2. Small parking for 3-4 vehicles only. 3. Hotel is on road so little noisy due to traffic. Try to get a room away from the road.

A good value for money hotel.Reception guy and the staff were courteous and helpful.Got a four bedded room with spacious bathroom.I forgot a cricket bat of my junior in our room.Hotel returned it to my friend when he visited it after afew days.thanks a lot for this gesture.However, hotel needs to improve on food quality and Wi-Fi connectivity.

This is to share the review of Surbhi hotel as per our stay on 20th June 2015. No upgrade or change option was provided inspite of various requests since we did not like the room blocked for us. No breakfast was provided. (Even though its mentioned in the mail below) The wifi was not available in rooms, even in lobby the speed was negligible. There was no telephone or bell available for room service. The charging port was not working. Room was smelly and paint was coming off.

Firstly let me start with the tag line, "NO OPTION TO CHANGE OR UPGRADE". Well as it has been told to you repeatedly at the reception, on goibibo review reply and couple of Email exchanges..."WE WERE SOLD OUT". Just because a customer checks-in after you doesn't mean that he hasn't booked and paid for the room 2 months in advance. End of the day we were left with one room, but even that guest was a no show and the room was paid for, so we had to keep the room for him in case he shows up. Usually we are quite professional when it comes to receiving feedback and accepting our mistakes, but after our last 4 reviews and email exchanges and explaining to you everything in detail I just have a few questions for you. 1) When your room clearly mentioned in its name , " Indian toilet, No view". WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, must be " This sounds like a great room". 2) When you paid Rs 829 for a room including taxes, breakfast and travel agent commission, in peak season when even an average guesthouse was selling just accommodation for 1200 + WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, must be " This sounds like a great room ". 3) When in middle of peak season when even guesthouses and lodges were running full and guests were not even getting rooms to sleep in, you got a 50% discount, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING ? , must be " This should be a great room". 4) When in a full hotel with guests on varied meal plans and some just on accommodation basis you chose not to order breakfast, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING ? As I told you that there are structural issues with the standard rooms that can not be changed that's the only reason we sell these rooms for cheap. My suggestion if you are that fussy about things rather than buying cheap rooms and hoping for a upgrade or change of room. Book good rooms from the beginning. Our rooms are from Rs 600- 2000. There must be some difference in them otherwise either they will all be for 600 or they will all be for 2000.
