Around 10-hour drive from Delhi will land you into this blissful place. The property is small (it has 4 cottages - 16 rooms in total), but that does not take away its worth. In fact, it adds on to the personalized service that the caretakers provide. Each cottage has 4 rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. It makes you feel like home, complete with kitchen, living room, a terrace (with 1 super deluxe room) and a small lawn. If you're looking to go for a family vacation, this is the place to be. Rooms: Normal size. Nothing to write home about. But the terrace adjoining the room is worth mentioning. If you're booking 1 room, would recommend super deluxe rooms with terrace. Check with the property before you check in. The mattresses were not soft, but OK. P.S.:…
Excellent villa, contemporary interiors, we'd entire house to ourselves, the service of Rakeshbhai was flawless, the food was outstanding, awesome taste and fresh food, all villa's facing the tea gardens, this place needs to be visited with big group to enjoy more, the only dampener was the location, its amidst residential area, too many houses nearby. But otherwise would definitely recommend this villa's for stay.
It is beautiful property with all the facilities of home. If you are travelling in a group, there cannot be better place to stay in Palampur. We booked three rooms and virtually had the complete villa to ourselves. Big living room, music system, big balcony overlooking tea gardens. The food was delicious. Totally worth the value.
I am in Love with Norwood Greens. Such a beautiful Resort in the lap of nature. Nice Food & Courteous Staff. Its really really good to be here with friends as you can have really good time here. No one even close to Norwood Green in that part of the world. Highly Recommended property.
By far this is one of the best holidays destination that we have experienced. Norwood Green is a well designed villa properties situated amidst the lush green tea estate at Palampur and facing the majestic Dauladhar ranges offering a stunning view of the snow capped mountains (even in May). Wonderfully designed & well maintained rooms (warmth in design), clean toilets come with large common halls and dining. Staff are extremely warm & courteous and always ready to help. Mr Bobby, resort manager made sure our stay was comfortable. Special mention and appreciation to Rakesh for making sure that our stay was comfortable and being local guide and Asha who ensured a clean room every time we came back. Food is homely, of our choice and is very tasty. An hours drive from Dharamshala…
