The main USP of this hotel is it's location. Situated away from the city, in a quaint neighbourhood amidst tea garden. The uphill road towards the resort is so beautiful,it seems like going into the mountains. And add on to that is the view of lush tea garden and snow capped mountains from the property, absolute silence surrounding, sound of the birds chirping only. Property is more like a house, individual bungalows with dining and sitting area in ground floor, and three rooms on first floor, after riding the staircase. We booked Super Deluxe Room With Tea Garden View. The room is good, well equipped, and room heater was provided as it was very cold during this time. Bathroom was good. Staff is courteous, private butler named Mr Sanjay was allocated to us, who was very caring with every need of us, breakfast spread was huge, including the fresh juice, we had to order food on previous night, and everything given was in excess. Having breakfast or evening tea at balcony, looking at the tea gardens, the experience was awesome. Dinner was tasty, food quantity is really huge,one dish can easily be shared by two persons. You can take a stroll into tea garden. And, the newly opened tulip garden nearby (at CSIR) is a must visit. Overall a very good experience.

From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings set the perfect tone for relaxation. Rooms are beautiful and each room has a balcony that offered stunning views of Dhauladhar mountain range and tea gardens. While I was sitting in the garden area attached to the huge living area, I could hear soothing sounds of bird chirping. Our butler, Monu assured that every need is taken care of. Food is very delicious..we enjoyed every meal..Will definitely visit again.

Place was quiet and picturesque with Dauldar range in the background. Food was fine but a bit costly for the price paid. Rooms were spacious with tea garden view which makes the mornings great.
Location wise the hotel is a bit remote and secluded from the main town giving you room for your own privacy.
Spa was complimentary for 15 min with the booking and for other services you need to pay up.

Myself and family consisting of 5 adults ( all senior citizens) came to Lamrin Norwood Green, Palampur on 11th June and stayed till the morning of 16th June. We selected this place on the basis of very satisfying stay at Rishikesh. This place and ambience is far better than Rishikesh. The location of property in the midst of tea garden makes it special. All around greenery is very soothing. One can spend hours sitting on the chair watching Dhauladhar peaks and tea garden. All staff is extremely good. Each one serves the guests with total commitment. The food is excellent. The Chef prepared every item which is served by Shri Sanjay and his colleagues with great affection. Each one is extremely polite and courteous to the core. Not the best place if you are looking for privacy as each Villa could have 3 other families sharing common space. Though the case is similar when it comes to choosing an hotel, but somehow this is different
It's easy go to Bir and you will find lot of auth persons doing it in the range of ₹1500-2500
Chk ID though & do negotiate selfi camera in the package with a cd of the recording done
