I stayed with my family at this property and our stay was really pleasant. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The property is really well maintained The room service was very quick to respond and tried to cater to their guests needs to the best of their ability Food was delicious too . For sure we recommend this property to whoever plans on visiting Palampur and areas close by.

Excellent service, best staff , NYC rooms. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

The location, view and facilities available at Infinitea makes it one of the best property at Palampur. Stayed at this property with friends for a couple of days.. must compliment the staff who went out of their way to curate an experience for us. The resort scores top notch in cleanliness & staff behaviour. Cherry on top being the facilities of a well equipped gym, sauna / steam and the heated swimming pool. The food preparations are good although, menu could have more options. Another highlight is of live music on weekends at the Bar.. gratitude to Operations Managers Mr Jagdev Katoch & Mr Ashok Chambyal who went out of their way and extended the live music timings, to accommodate our interests. Special mention of Chef Pankaj & Steward Anil who took care of us and literally pampered us. Overall a memorable stay made so, by the warmth of the resort staff. Thanks to entire Team Infinitea.

A Memorable stay at Infinitea garden resort. It was truly a delightful experience. Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of hills, the resort offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature. the hospitality was exceptional- from warm welcome at check in to attentive service throughout our stay. every staff member went out of their way to ensure we felt at home, making us feel genuinely valued. the food was fantastic, with a variety of fresh, flavorful, and well prepared dishes. whether you are craving for traditional local fare or continental options, the kitchen delivers with finesse, making every meal a highlight. the resorts 's ambiance is serene, with beautiful maintained surroundings tea plantation and breathtaking views of Dhauladhar ranges. On of the top places to stay when visiting Palampur. Excellent heated swimming pool, sauna and steam bath facilities. Loved the hospitality of the staff. The chef is good and caters to custom made dishes as per your choice. Rooms are clean and smartly designed. Definitely value for money!!!

Hi guys, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and stay at Infinitea, Palampur property. For both of us, me and my wife, it has set a benchmark of the services being provided by you, be it at the reception or the spa facilities or the room cleaning & maintaining it and specially the food given to us by the Executive Chef which was like the icing on the cake.
I would personally like to thank Mr. Jagdeep Katoch, Miss Shruti at the front desk (apologies if name is incorrect), the Executive Chef who prepared all the meals for us in exactly the way we wanted it and Mr Bunty who made sure that our stay was convenient, rooms were cleaned and smell better with each passing minute.
One of the best things was the view from the rooms. They were very kind enough when they upgraded our room to next category when we checked in from which the view of tea garden was amazing and then the next day when we shifted to our room category though we were not asked still we wanted it then the view of the mountains covered with snow was mesmerizing like anything.
This has been our best stay in any property so far wherever we have gone in the past, and going forward, it has already set the benchmark for both of us.

The perfect place - Infinitea Palampur..... Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, chemist. Hidden gem for breakfast and lunch. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Friendly and personal service. The staff to name a few Sh. Sher Singh, Sh.Ashok, Sh. Sachin, Sh. Sukhinder, were all very friendly and helpful and made special arrangement for my wife's birthday. Cosy restaurant facilities. Neat and clean swimming pool and SPA. One lady Miss Amen has expertise in message and she gave very gentle massage. I will certainly be back."

Surrounded by hills, this hotel offers a breathtaking view of the mountains on one side and an expanse of tea gardens on the other. Very hospitable staff, good service, clean rooms and delicious food. Overall an excellent package. Quiet and serene:A perfect getaway.
