Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful.. Loved the Downtown Location and Atmosphere. Just about name it and you’re within walking distance. Service was Terrific and Room was 5 Star.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in the Palampur Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

it was a wonderful stay ,we came here for a official offsite and were amazed by the hospitality and love we get here from all of the staff. the food was tasty, and service was outstanding , and first of all the terrace bar and lounge was outstanding thanks for such an amazing experience.

This is hotel just for name, late night parties are done here and drunk people roam around making noises and smoking cigarettes in the elevator and no one concerned about it. Not safe for families and couples. People knock at your door in midnight. Food is tasteless. Rooms are average. Staff is unprofessional. This is neither good nor safe place to stay.
