I’ve been traveling to the DR for work and fun for the last 12 years and have stayed in more hotels here than I can count. I’ve stayed here three different times and can’t recommend it highly enough Extremely professional and helpful. I asked to stay an extra couple of hours this last visit because I was doing a late afternoon scuba dive and they were so nice about it. It’s located very close to a number of good restaurants and not far from the beach, bank, or grocery store (not just a colmado but a grocery store). If you’re not the resort kind of traveler (which resorts suck), this is exactly the kind of place you want to stay.

Excellent quality-price. Hotel open 24 hours a day, with all comforts such as Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, minibar, safe, spacious bed, clean room and clean and comfortable bathroom. Located in a strategic area near Las Americas airport and near the sea with many clubs and beaches to choose from. I really enjoyed myself also because of the beautiful garden but above all because of the friendliness and kindness of the staff and owners.

I traveled to boca chica for vacation and looked at many hotels in town. Parco del Caribe is one of the best in this price range.
The hotel is located right next to the park, one block off the main strip. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. all close by. Downside is constant sound of traffic and people on the street.
The apartments are clean and sufficiently well maintained. The water pressure and temperate are good. Air conditioning works well, but is only in the bedroom. But lots of windows, ceiling fans, and shade from trees keep the place pretty cool.
The "small" apartment has plenty of space, closets, and places to sit. It comes with rudimentary dishes and utensils, enough to cook or reheat something simple.
The single room is less spacious, but still larger than a typical small hotel room. And still has a range and refrigerator.
The hotel is gated and watched 24/7. The grounds are beautifully manicured and provide a nice view from the balconies.

Me and 2 friends desided to stay in Parco del Caribe for a week after reading the great reviews on tripadvisor about the place, and the stay there was beyond our expectations. We arrived pretty late at night and Nicoletta, the owner met us at the front desk in the supercozy garden. We got an apartment immediately, which was spacious and very clean. The price for what you get is also very resonable. Nicoletta treated us like friends the whole stay. Showed us around Boca chica and gave us good information about where to eat, drink, stay on the beach etc. She was helpful with everything we asked about and also had some great inputs about what to do around the area. She even thaught us bachatadancing in the garden which was superfun. We also got to know one of the fantastic employees of hers, Elvis and played domino with him at the dominotable in the beautiful garden and had beers, which u get cheap at the front desk. Everyone who works there are supernice and friendly. Just love the athmosphere at Parco del Caribe! Will definitely go back if we are in the area again. Thank you for a fantastic stay, Nicoletta! I hope our paths meet again!
Greetings from Christine, Lene and Wenche:)

This place was awesome! It was small, clean, spacious, close to the beach, had gorgeous landscaping, and peaceful. I would seriously stay at this place for a couple of months to write a book. It was nice to have reliable wifi and a nice cool room without needing to turn on the air conditioning! You can take a short bus ride to the supermarket to buy food and cook if you will stay for a while. If not, don't bother. The food in the restaurants is very affordable.
The best part of the place is that I did not see any prostitutes there and the owner, Nicoletta, gave us a private tour of the area so we would know all the best places to go during our stay and appreciate why she loves living there. I'm glad she did because we found some great places for meals--the only good ones we had during our entire month on the island!
The location of the hotel is great: just across the street, maybe five minutes from the beach. But, in a much more peaceful and friendly-looking atmosphere than the bigger hotels that are right on the water. If you are traveling as a single woman or otherwise preferring respectable surroundings, this is the place for you! There's a gate to keep out the riff raff. Best of all, you won't see a bunch of old guys with young local girls parading in and out through the doors like you will at the other places. On the contrary, you will see just a few of the owners friends and other guests chatting or practicing salsa in the garden in the afternoon, but have a completely quiet place to watch the drink your coffee in the evening or early morning while you admire the flowers and butterflies, or relax with a book.
I loved it there and would definitely choose it again. Thanks, Nicoletta for your excellent hospitality!

This is my third stay at the Parco THIS YEAR! That you tell you something right there. Love the location, the room, the view of the parque and of course the great staff. Needed some sheets on a Sunday and even though they do not clean that day the security guard on staff got me some fresh sheets without hesitation. What can I say I recommend this place to everyone I talk to. I will be back again!

Stayed here for a week in early February. Staff member picked us up from the airport and took us back to the hotel. Everything was just like the pictures. The staff was extremely helpful and the ladies cleaned our room even though some days we didnt get up and out until after 2 in the afternoon. Nicoletta and the guys are awesome. We are already planning a return trip and are bringing more with us. Keep up the good work!

This is a slightly run down block of apartments two streets back off the beach. Despite that description the location is actually very good. It is close to a small park where some locals take advantage of the shade. It literally is 2 minutes to walk to the beach or the bank or the centre of Boca Chica, so you are not in any way disadvantaged and if you do not like the hassle of the beach vendors and the main drag, this is the place to be. The hotel has discrete 24 hour security. No restaurant, but you do not need to go far for food or drink. The price is very good. Units I would say were basic and a little tired looking, but clean and functioning. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Wifi was excellent. I have stayed in a number of hotels in BC and this one I would definitely go back to.

This place is just great and for many reasons. Firstly because it is so central and 2 minutes to the beach. Secondly it is very reasonably priced and the rooms are great. Thirdly because of the lovely Nicoletta! She makes everything run so smooth and has brilliant inside knowledge of where to eat and what you must see!
(BTW anyone that thinks Boca Chica is not safe should get off the net and get out more! This hotel is opposite the church and right by the police station).
An overall 5 star rating from me!!!!!

We spent four nights at PdC. It is well located, just off the park in the center of Boca Chica,. It is a very short one minute walk to the beach and the many restaurants nearby. The hotel has reliable wifi, good security [24/7] and free, secure parking. The rooms are good, not fancy. They are equipped for limited cooking and the staff is great about daily cleanup and assisting with extras you may need for your kitchen. It is worth calling the hotel directly when you book - there often is a special available, if you ask. We were in a front room - just off the street. Noise was not ideal - you can hear motos and trucks, but there was no problem sleeping. The staff always were available to help, and we spoke with the owner before we left - she was charming. This is a great place to learn Italian - there was always someone speaking it sitting around the courtyard chairs. This is not a 4 star resort - it is a very comfortable hotel, well run and conveniently located - and at a reasonable price. We recommend it.
