We returned for a weeks stay having enjoyed our too brief stay in 2016. Oliver welcomed us and our rooms were a comfortable and well appointed as our previous experience. Everything is clean and tidy, attention to detail taken with facilities, provision of pool towels. The beds are lovely and comfortable and sitting areas welcoming and well provided for with...

Darling Lodge proved to be an extremely positive experience. A very beautiful place, with well kept garden, superb swimming pool & delightful facilities to share within the house & garden. We were greeted warmly & subsequently looked after extremely well by Stephan. Our rooms were spotlessly clean & bright, bedding crisp & fresh and breakfasts a delicious & healthy start...

Love love love! This quaint guest lodge was so welcoming when we arrived. Stephen, the owner, gave us a tour of the lodge. Stephan helped us plan our route to Paternoster and booked our dinner at a lovely restaurant, Bistro 7. Our room was right next to the pool. The lodges restaurant has delicious food which came very quickly! All...

The host Stephan is amazing. He welcomed us and provided us with all the information needed to enjoy our visit. Booked us into a restaurant, and suggested that we attend the local theatre to see Evita se Perron, who is similar to the Australian Barry Humphries. The rooms were olde world, so much attention to detail and comfortable. THe garden,...

This quaint Bed and Breakfast is situated in the sleepy town of Darling. It has secure parking, great garden and lovely pool area. Rooms are also quaint with enough pillows to have a pillow fight with the whole town. There is no TV in the room, which is great as this is supposed to be relaxing. No bar fridge, which...

A great place to stay and explore the surrounding areas. The flowers everywhere are easily accessible and enjoying the Wild Flower show an added bonus. As a B&B - faultless. I just dont understand why Darling has so few dinner options, but The Marmalade Cat is brilliant. A very helpful host who does his best to meet one's needs. Thank...

Dear 141Pat, Thank you very much for your great feedback and review! It was such a pleasure having you and your three friends staying with us during wildflower season. There is actually a need for one or two more restaurants to be open for dinner during peak season as most places are only open for lunch. A new venue will...
