Plenty of positives. The resort has plenty of well laid amenities with something for every age category. Food was not encouraging at first, which improved immensely thanks to the effort from Ms Parvathy and her team. My kids enjoyed her company and her pampering. Will definitely encourage guests to be gentle with staff and respect their efforts as staffs are quite friendly and attentive. Boating was a pleasure. Rooms are well laid and well maintained. Wifi signals are not very stable, however getting a vodafone idea dongle(tower is near by) will be highly advisable if you have meetings/calls/work to attend from anywhere in the resort. Path to the resort is not good because of ill maintained roads. Once you are in the resort, a great place away from the concrete jungles, good ambience to absorb and enjoy with some great Resort Staff to help you out. Will always recommend to stay here.…

Estuary sarovar portico is the best hotel that I have ever visited they really made our stay fabulous, the staff was super awesome they helped me to make my husband's birthday the best to what I could have ever expected, special thanks to Tanya , Parvathy,Santanu,Amit,Adwaith. They are great professionals, working together to have unmatched customer experience while remaining esthetic and original. Kuddos to you folks. Everything was so fabulous my family enjoyed a lot.Would recommend everyone to stay there

Even if you get confirmation , any time this resort will cancel your booking without letting you know. We were 7 couples with 9 kids and we supposed to reach this resort in 2 hrs and they cancelled our booking without informing to us (their end customers). When tried to call them, no one was picking up call. They even did not think to call at once to end customers or to inform them about cancellation. Ridiculous approach against their end customers.

Dear Mr. Ujjwal, We apologise for the inconvenience you have experienced. We want to inform you that we received this reservation query from Make My Trip in May 2023. As per our policy, we sent an email to Make My Trip confirming that 50% of the total room charges are to be paid in advance. However, we did not receive any update from them regarding the payment until the date of check-in. We tried contacting their customer care and even sent them an email but we did not hear back from them. Therefore, we had to release the reservation. We could have avoided this situation if your contact number had been updated on the reservation. I booked with estuary sarovar through make my trip for two night 7 rooms, we are 23 pax total, i carry vouchers issued by make my trip, but while i was travelling from Thekady to poover i just call to hotel for check in timing, they informed me that, they have cancelled my all 7 rooms, and surprisingly no information to me, they cancelled it their own, i was really stuck on the way where to go with whole group, this is absolutely rediculas by hotel, such big hotel just cancel one group booking without informing them, in the late night i got a call from sarovar protico Mr. Alex, they have you found hotels? he was so rude and nonsense talker. if i found less than 1 start it would appropriate for this hotel. i never recommended to any one such non professional hotels.

It was a program by the staff of HDFC Bank,WBO all Kerala team, for which we had booked around 85 rooms of various types. We were allotted 2 staff from Estuary by GM Ashok Kutty sir who was personally there while the check in happened. Instead of making the staff wait and do the check in at the reception we did the same sitting in am airconditioned board room. Similarly after the program today when we checked out, Vignesh and Alex sir were with us throughout. Special mention, we were given space to keep our luggage in the board room along with tagging done for each person, for which one junior staff was there the whole time.It was fabulous time spent during the weekend, for a crowd of 300+. Thanks to Team Estuary Sarovar Portico.

This is my third time stay at Estuary Sarovar Portico, and I must say, it was a truly beautiful experience. The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The natural surroundings were stunning, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The amenities and services offered made my stay even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway.

It was very enriching and awesome experience at this resort . Rooms were clean everything on its place with very good room service . I happened to forgot my shirt in wardrobe. The hospital staff especially Jovin and team helped me and did courier at my address in Pune.
