Hi. We have just returned from this hotel. In answer to your first question, yes they do serve drinks in glasses. But in plastic for around the pool. I've no answer to your 2nd question - sorry. It was my first family holiday to Turkey, it was lovely, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The food was lovely and lots of different choices plus good snack bar; doner chicken kebabs, hamburgers, salad & baked potatoes. I read a lot of reviews saying: no air con at all but we never had a problem with this, you need to keep your external door and windows closed for it to work, that's all. The only downside for us was we the only English guests there, it didn't spoil our holiday but we do find it nice to be able to sit and chat with other UK guests/families. I spoke to a couple of other u.k visitors whilst we were out & about and they said the same situation, so either the location doesn't attract uk visitors or its due to what has been on the news. The hotel staff hardly speak any English or understand you,but the Guest Relation man can speak quite well. Hope this helps. Hayley
