My partner and I arrived here on 24th April and were taken aback by how stunning the hotel was when we arrived. We were well looked after right from the minute we arrived. We were shown to our room and our cases were brought up for us. Our room was huge, very clean and lovely modern decor. We we pleased to see we had a mini fridge fully stocked with beer, still and sparkling water as well as an array of soft drinks, Pepsi, fizzy orange and cartons of fruit juices. This was restocked free of charge every day. Also we had tea and coffee facilities with a large selection of flavoured teas also restocked daily. This week was quiet and not many guests however this meant that we had a choice of sunbeds and practically had a pool to ourselves. We personally enjoyed the fact it was quiet. The waiter and bar staff we fantastic. When we were by the pool sunbathing staff came over with drinks for us as they took note of what drinks people had ordered and refreshed our drinks regularly which was a nice personal touch. Again, this may have been because there were not many guests so they were able to do this. We loved the slushes! The piano bar was beautiful, very big comfy armchairs around the huge bar area. Staff were very attentive again, offering another drink when they saw we were running low and kept refreshing the bowl of nuts too. In terms of entertainment there wasn't much going on, as expected, with it being a little out of season. There was a live singer on 3 nights of the week, karaoke, a DJ. However the entertainment team, Hercules, Arthur, Mr Hope (to name a few) and especially Bunny were fantastic and worked so hard to get the guests involved in dancing in the evening and karaoke etc. They were very enthusiastic and organised games in the day. We particularly enjoyed playing darts. The team were brilliant in coming to chat to all the guests and they got to know our names. They were very entertaining and really made our stay! We made use of the spa twice during our stay and had a rurkish bath and masssages which were fantastic! There isn't any negatives really except for as mentioned would have been nice to have shows on etc but we understand that was due to the hotel not being busy enough so not a reflection on the hotel as we were led to believe that they have a lot more entertainment on during peak months such as beach parties etc. The only thing if I'm being really picky would be the WiFi as it was not available in the lower floors such as the restaurants but was accessible in the rest of the hotel including outside around the pool areas. But we didn't mind so much really. Overall a fantastic holiday, beautiful weather, amazing bar staff and entertainment team and definitely lived up to its 5* rating! Would definitely love to come again! Thankyou again to Bunny and the team for making it an enjoyable stay.

Our second trip to the Palace, first being in 2014 as honeymooners! Now a family of 4 (Kids 6 and 5), the Palace didn't disappoint! The hotel was quiet with few guests however this suited us with a pool to ourselves often. The entertainment team worked really hard to create an amazing atmosphere day and night and really bought the place together.

Criticisms: Enjoyed our family spa morning however this was ruined at the end with a heavy sales speech to book more treatments.

On check in our room had only 3 beds, however this was rectified straight away.

Would have loved to have ice cream available more times of the day, it is currently only available between 14.00 and 16.00.

Best for: As previously mentioned we came as honeymooners previously however this hotel is also amazing for families. The children really enjoyed the rides, pool and arcade. They have a special dining room for children with small chairs and typical kids food which is great for smaller kids. The temperature was perfect this time of year for the kids at around 25°.

The entertainment in the evening was really good and varied with different shows on each night with a good hour of dedicated dancing for the kids!

The photo shop: Baha and his team took some beautiful family photographs and really took the time to get to know us and our children to get the best snaps possible. The photographs were beautiful, very good value and I would highly recommend this service.

Special mentions: The staff really make this place special! All staff went out of their way to make our stay the best possible. Especially keen to thank Ferdi the barman for remembering our favourite drinks and always with a smile! Bunny for bringing our shy son out of his shell and the lovely Eda and Domman (sorry if I have misspelt) from kids club who were super fun, trustworthy and caring!

After reading the negative reviews we slightly worried about going on our holiday, however we had the best time. The hotel is vast and well organised and equipped for all ages. From water slides and evening fun fairs and various evening entertainment to daily cleaned rooms and ample food choice, the hotel is an excellent choice for a family holiday.

The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels were available, wifi even worked perfectly...The staff were most welcoming and warm, even if some didn't speak English. In the food court, the tables were served by waiters for drinks and additional needs (otherwise it is self-serve).

The many pools helped us feel like there weren't thousands of people at the same time as us. All pools were supervised by staff and life-savers.

The shops within the hotel were great, the beach was near and also well organised... Truly we had a great time as a family and would happily come again.

The only "negative" I would say is that due to the size of the hotel you will easily do 10k steps in a day just by moving between your room and food court and pool area :)

Was very disappointed with the hotel overall. Cleaning was not done on a regular basis, it was only done after several calls to reception who kept on stating they will inform the cleaners to clean the room but no one ever came. 2 days later the room was cleaned. Hotel generally is very dusty and unclean. Staff working in the resort are very rude and unhelpful. Every time we asked anyone anything the response was no English. Activities were poor and not organised properly as half the time the activities advertised were unavailable. Food was plain and a repeat of the food every day at lunch time and dinner. Chef working their were rude and many times at breakfast the bread would run out. Half the time we ended up eating out and spending extra money. The à la carte restaurant were not free nor where any vouchers provided as on previous trips they would provide one voucher per family. The rep organised a jeep safari which was absolutely rubbish as all we did was drive around in the jeep with no sight seeing as promised when we booked. The spa was also average when I compare my other stays in turkey at other resorts. Turkish bath was disorganised and massages we purchased were not great. Will definitely not be returning here again.

Awful experience at this hotel & only on day 2. Arrived after a long day of travelling last night to be told the room wasn’t ready. There was only 1 person on reception and lots of people queuing. Got to the room (Room 7504) and the lights didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work and the balcony had an awful smell of sewage, so had to keep the doors shut. The WiFi in the rooms didn’t work at all - this only worked in the lobby area. Got up this morning, the awful smell outside is still there. Asked to change rooms and they showed us a room that is even smaller than this one, so said no. This same smell can be noticed in some parts outside and around the hotel. We are All Inclusive, yet guest relations told us that there is an extra charge of €10 per person for the A La Carte restaurants (you usually get one booking free in other 5* restaurants). Booked a day trip to Istanbul on Wednesday through TUI, so asked reception for a breakfast box for Wed. They told us that they don’t give any breakfast boxes/sandwiches or even water to take out. Apparently that’s hotel policy. Never heard this before in my life! This is my 5th visit to Antalya - and I’ve never experienced anything like this. There are extra charges for things you would expect as standard. I asked to speak to the Manager and the Operations Manage Nadar Ali came to speak to me. He was very rude, barely listened to what I was saying and told me it was hotel policy or technical issues and these things happen. I asked his name as I told him I would add my experience on here and he couldn’t care less. Walked off without even helping simply. “So what do you want me to do lady” is all I got. I’m in sheer disbelief at the unprofessionalism. This hotel is not 5* at all. Avoid booking - and take your money elsewhere. I don’t think they have any respect for guests, most people want to help and resolve an issue. Yet here they just don’t care. Who knows what other surprises await me for the rest of the week. I won’t ever come to this hotel again.

Just returned and had a fab time not sure why so many complaints will give an honest review
Arrived early hours of morning to be greeted by reception and told could have food, we’re taken to room
Room was big a double and a single big bathroom and very clean, room cleaned everyday and towels changed, so don’t know how some people say room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed?
We got a pool / sea view and we only booked a superior room so didn’t expect that view.
Pools huge and again all areas kept clean toilets by pool and cleaners going round throughout the day cleaning. Yes people were up early to get sunbeds but there was plenty of sunbeds.
Water slides great fun could do with a few more rings for the amount of people.
Food was really worried about this due to reviews that I had read don’t get me wrong the hotel was very busy so there was some queues to get food.
Breakfast you will never get bacon and sausage as a Muslim country so don’t know why people expect an English fry up?? Lots of choice for breakfast omelettes freshly cooked and pancakes etc.
There was so much choice the Pide bread so nice!!
There was fish, chicken rotisserie, steaks lamb different variations every night there was even doner kebab meat, loads of salad. I liked the chicken stir fry that was cooked fresh.
We took a 13 year old who is a fussy eater and he always found something to eat.
Desserts never seen so many to choose from some didn’t taste of anything but again you can’t moan about the choice. Some nights there were chocolates like smarties and other treats as you walk in.
There was moonlight beach bar for lunch very quick service they had a salad bar and then you could order off menu, did prefer main restaurant at lunch.
Then there was the snacks in the amphi yes they were set times you could get ice cream, waffles jacket potato, pizza there was two ladies cooking Gozlem I think they were called always a queue as cooked fresh you could have fillings inside we always had Nutella so nice how they coped in that heat I don’t know.
Drinks were good all local but didn’t bother us and bar staff always smiling they all work so hard. Water always available in bottles at the bar.
Beach just a short walk was lovely sea was so warm I always saw sunbeds free on there.
Great foam party on Thurs afternoon was great fun.
On last day we had to check out at 12 and we’re not picked up until 7 you could use the showers in the spa so no problem.
Staff were so friendly and work long hours people saying miserable, maybe it’s how they spoke to the staff as there were some rude people there of different nationalities.
Overall we had a great holiday and would return

My sister and I have just arrived back after a week holiday to celebrate her forthcoming 30th. On arrival we were instantly upgraded to a sea view room which was the perfect start to a wonderful stay. We found the hotel and grounds to be stunning and our room and rest of the hotel areas were spotless. The facilities available were second to none;they had a very large pool, fun water slides, private beach (2 min walk tops) which provided water sport activities too. At night time there was a theme park and varied night shows which we thought were fantastic. We also enjoyed the food and drinks, I particularly enjoyed having iced coffees available on tap which I've never had before and loved.
Spa facilities were excellent too, in fact we visited the spa twice because we enjoyed the first visit so much. Dinger at reception spoke excellent English and talked us through the various packages available and tailored it to suit us. They even offered a consultation with a chiropractor as I suffer from whiplash, to help me find the best course of treatment. I would not hesitate to use the spa facilities again.

The highlight of our holiday however was by far the animation team, who are all credits to the hotel, in particular Bunny and Mr Hope. They all have a wonderful sense of humour, are multilingual and encourage you to get involved in the large daytime activities available. They also put on a good show in the evenings, the best definitely being the white party, where everyone wore a white item of clothing and they hired professional dancers to entertain those who did not want to dance themselves.

My sister and I cannot wait to return to this hotel and regret not getting a chance to say goodbye to the animation team but hope to see them again soon. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, from Roxy and Ash.

Myself and my partner arrived at this hotel on the 15th of June 2022. Upon arrival, we waited 45 minutes in the reception whilst the reception staff repeatedly asked to show them a ‘voucher’, to which we told them multiple times we have booked via TUI and can show them the confirmation email. The hotel staff DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. After un packing and settling into our hotel room, we realised that the plug was having issues working to charge our telephones, so again, we called reception to see if they could assist us in some way. We were told they do not understand. In a 5* star hotel. Despite this, we had paid for an all inclusive break, so went down to the restraunt to eat. The food is horrific, I insisted on only eating from the hot food counter as I believed it would be more fresh, the food was stone cold. They had cooked spaghetti pasta that you could put your own sauce with, both the pasta and sauce was cold and unedible. We paid for all inclusive and spent everyday after this eating out away from the hotel. We have called to ask if the wifi is down, as it is completely terrible, you get 30 minutes of WIFI and then it will suddenly disconnect and not come back on for 30 minutes or sometimes longer, after calling regarding the wifi, I was told ‘try in the morning’. We only have one English channel on the whole guide of the television and that is BBC news. The rest of the channels are in Turkish. We have been completely unable to watch TV for 5 nights. We are now on Monday night, the 20th of June. We have just called room service to order a snack before we go to sleep. On the menu states ‘soup of the day’ my partner calls to ask what flavour soup it is today. After being on the phone for 5 minutes, constantly trying to word a way around asking which soup it is, we were told they do not understand and will call us back. We’ve had no call. This is absloutely appalling, I refuse to believe this hotel is 5 star and the level of English is none. This was supposed to be a luxury holiday for myself and my partner but this hotel has completely affected our trip. I would never stay in this hotel again and cannot believe this is on as a 5* resort. After speaking with other couples earlier on today from different 5* resorts they all cannot believe that our hotel staff do not speak English whatsoever and we only have one English channel, terrible food, terrible wifi. The hotel is clean, but that is the only positive from this whole hotel. I would not stay here if it was free. Awful!
