Stayed for one night during family visit to Vrindavan in Jun-22. Rooms are clean with decent space/tables & small sofa. Restaurant & lobby are spacious. They have a dedicated parking lot with a guard who assists in car parking. Location is on main road and e-rickshaws are easily available for visiting temples. We ordered dinner from restaurant and had breakfast (incl in room), both tasted good. Staff was helpful. Room rates vary depending upon day/season/rush/bargain. Overall decent stay, nothing to complain about.

Stay is good , Clean toilets , Clean bedrooms , Tasty breakfast and lunch , Supportive Staff . GM of the hotel also helpful. Nice lobby area If you want to visit temple before 6 o'clock for mangla aarti darshan you may not find any battery rickshaw. If you have your own vehicle then it's okay . No negatives only early morning 4.30 am no rickshaw avaliable

We stayed in santosh dham for 5 nights and overall experience was pathetic. Room size was fine, but bathroom is small and dirty. Tile was broken in bathroom.

Bedsheet linen were not very clean.we have to ask them to change it with properly washed ones.

Worst part was food. It was tasteless and pathetic by north India standard. Staff don't know how to make poha and dal..forget about anything else like paneer sabzi or vegetables. They charge obnoxious amount for food and cab services.

For kids/children, there is nothing to play.

Few suggestion:
If possible, avoid this place. If you have already booked, then ask them to give rooms closer to lift.

For food: you can try Zomato
That's how we have survived on last 3 days

For travel: book cab from local taxi provider. You can get many contacts from justdial

Important: if you see, most of positive reviews are from ppl with 1 or 2 reviews who are generally friends of owner. Go for reviews of seasoned tripadvisors, to get real insights. Ratings of this hotel are artificially inflated by owner and their friends

We had booked the hotel based on online photos posted by host and online reviews. We had booked the “luxury” room and we were shocked at how dirty it was and when we requested the staff to clean up they just sprayed room freshner. The room smelled musty and the staff was unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to fellow travellers to Vrindavan.

Giving two stars just for the bed and the location.
Except for just the bed, everything was dirty. Washroom was hopeless, specially the seat and jet, so much that if I post a photo I bet you cannot have your meals for the day. Sorry, had to delete it therefore.
Dirty bottles of toiletries, dirty tissue roll, leaking faucets. Also we did not find the idea of having the morning offloading under a leaking ceiling. Which was temporarily repaired the next morning, which delayed our plan for the rest of the day.
Stinking almirah, dirty rugs, unhygienic, a BIG ZERO!
No fridge, no locker, no complimentary water bottles, no regular cleaning, no slippers, nothing at all!!! But charging equally to any 3 star hotel.
Staff is nice except for the man on the front desk. I did not find him polite and welcoming.
If I could, I would have snatched all the stars given to this property.
We stayed in Room 110, which was towards the end of the gallery. Not sure about the condition of other rooms.
I wish I could demand atleast half refund because I felt overcharged and cheated just because it was a weekend.
Highly disappointed.

Where to start...

The young guy working the nightshift was nice, and helpful. Apart from that I have nothing. The rest of the staff were, at best, uninterested and borderline rude.

WiFi wasn’t working, was told it was a network error that would be fixed in 2 hours. Still wasn’t working the next morning.

I didn’t expect much of the room considering the price, but it wasn’t very nice. Sheets were probably laundered, but stained.

Shower head was full of mould.

There were at least 4 power cuts whilst I was there.

I checked out a day early and found a much better property for the same price.

The hotel services are excellent. The staff is very polite and humble. It is very near to Prem Mandir. The restaurant offers a variety of food options and it tastes far better than any other outdoor restaurants. Om Prakash ji is the person who can guide you best in this holy place.
I came to know of different places to visit, through the manager, which you can not find on google. I am extremely happy with the services given. Value for money.

We had been to Vrindavan with friends for holy trip.
Hotel staff was very cooperative, courteous and supportive. Although after check out from the hotel in the morning, great hospitality was extended again in the afternoon and evening. The food was delicious. The Rooms were spacious. However, the washrooms were bit smaller in size.
