Only positive is its location near Iskon temple.Photo of hotel is fake.Many Ashrams are better maintained & clean in Vrindavan.Staff does not have any courtsey & for basic services like cleaning of room & getting towels changed they have to be reminded 4 to 5 times.water heaters are not maintained at all.Basic hygine is not maintained. Simply avoid this hotel.

No Ac. AC not working, pathetic place and still charging like a fully functional hotel. Poor management, place for mishaps. Just avoid this place or risk at your own will. Read other reviews as well. Avoid

One of the worst hotels of all time. Hopeless management and everything is just falling apart or spolit. Almost died in the toilet due to electrocution, if you want to live a long life please do not risk coming here. Also, purchase good travel insurance in case you get seriously injured in this hotel.

It is not at all advisable to stay there especially during winter There is no room heater and rooms are very cold ,stinky stuffy and no ventilation that will aggrevate your health/ hot water not properly working and getting electrocuted laundry is overcharged overall not at all worth for money they charged.

Very sad that this hotel has good reviews. This is great injustice they should close down. Everything is faulty here. Visited in winter the geysers don’t work and we have to take cold showers. Room is cold as ice, daily struggle just to unlock the front doors. Very dirty place please avoid.

This is the worst hotel. Not as what they claim in the website. This is absolute cheating. Every thing from the rooms to the toliet to the hotel doors are bad. Could not even lock the door, got electrocuted in the toliet. Staff refused to fix the problem. Will never stay here again.

It's a struggle opening and locking the hotel door. Very unsafe anyone can break open the door and steal your valuables. Toilet is horrible, geyser does not work, suffering in cold water during winter. Staff unable to fix problems. Stay away from this hotel.

Room and toilet doors are very hard to lock and unlock. Locks are rusty, toilet is filthy. Toilet heater gets short circuited easily and you can die by electrocution. Room service is equally bad. Do not come here!

The manager was very bad at 12 o'clock in the checking time, he gave me the room at 4 o'clock and my10 rooms were booked online which he gave me,But 9 rooms were offline which they did not give me,He was selling rooms in an expensive price to someone else And telling me that I do not have a room, so how can I give you? Apart from me, he also threatened a Bengali and Japanese family
