This is the best property to stay in Vrindavan if one is looking for a rich stay experience and still be able access key attractions in Vrindavan. The property is located about 3 KMs away from the hustle and bustle of the narrow lanes surrounding Bhanke Bihari Mandir, yet you can hire an electric rick for 150 rs (no sharing) to reach the mandir. The food at teh hotel desever a huge mention. Spread was delicious and a great treat for Saatvic food lovers! At the time of my stay, they had mango themed desserts which was mind boggling. I loved the stay and will stay in this property only in my future visits. Staff is very very polite and helpful. Rooms are neat, clean and you will not find the typical stuffy odor after entering the room. They do a good job in making sure that the room is fresh while allowing new guests to occupy. This property in my opinion is one of the best I have every stayed across India.

Vrinavan is a famous pilgrimage town in India. The main attraction of Vrindavan is its Banke Bihari temple that attracts millions of pilgrims from different parts of India. As my daughter living in USA planned to visit us in March 2024, I planned a short duration trip to Mathura, Vrindavan and Bharatpur and contacted our travel agent, Indian Hotel Private Ltd (IHPL), Delhi for transport and Hotel accommodation. IHPL recommended that Nidhivan Sarovar is an excellent hotel and after going through a few reviews in Trip Advisor, I agreed for this hotel because we were not sure of good hotels in a small town like Vrindavan. Leaving our home in Ghaziabad we reached the hotel in about 3 hours covering a distance of about 150km. We had some difficulty in locating the hotel but after contacting the hotel on phone, our driver reached there at about 1 PM. The hotel is located near Chaitanya Vihar, a newly developed but isolated suburb of Vrindavan. Our first impression was good because lobby and reception area of the hotel was quite spacious and well decorated. The reception staff was also very couteous and prompt in allotting us two rooms. We found the rooms quite spacious, well furnished and equipped with necessary amenities such as electric kettle, phone, a large TV and a large glass window overlooking wide fields. The hotel provided us complementary bottled water during our 2-day stay there. However, the hotel has a limited parking area and our driver had to park elsewhere. During one night we could not sleep well because of the noise of some party or function on the ground floor till midnight. On the whole we had a comfortble stay in the hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Staff is very helpful and hospitality is awesome. Housekeeping staff namely Mr. Narendar and Mr. Haripal are specially very helpful and very soft spoken. I really recommend this place to stay and will surely come again.

It’s a decent hotel. We stayed here for two nights and overall we had a good experience. The no garlic no onion food served is tasty. Staff is very friendly and supportive. There was a good spread of options in breakfast. They also have a store to buy souvenirs.

I wasn't expecting so much because of vrindavan cos vrindavan has no porper restaurants or good 5 star food but nidhivan SP is a good choice. No garlic No onion food with proper taste and they also serve buffet which was very well prepared and menued. Our stay was good, staff and service was good and i highly recommend it.

Nidhivan sarovar portico is an amazing property for stay.
Staff is really amazing and courteous who takes care of cleaning, orders and other supports very well.
Highly recommend for stay with family. Its location is really amazing and availability of e-rickshaw makes travel into the busy lanes of vrindavan very easy.

The staff at the reception were always very busy and mostly clueless.
The hotel is in Braj Dham and named Nidhivan but in no way the decor of the room, the corridors, lift area, restaurant reflected the culture, instead of putting stupid flower painting they could have kept Krishna paintings in the rooms. The rooms are pretty basic for the price and some of the furniture in my room like the office chair and sofa chairs were quite dirty and full of stains, even the restaurant furniture, the carpet in the corridor were quite dirty. The bathroom door was in a terrible shape, the shower was useless.
But the view from my room was nice, green & peaceful. The room service & housekeeping staff were very professional polite & quick with any requests. Satvik Buffet every day with a different menu, which was simple, good and the service was amazing thank you to Manish & Santosh.
Guests should be careful with the E-Rickshaws outside the hotel as they over charge hotel guests and dupe them with their guide service.
Another incident was the hotel taxi which I took to drop me back to Delhi but the driver was given wrong information by the front desk and it almost took 5 hours from Vrindavan to Noida Delhi border.
Being the only 4 star hotel in Vrindavan Nidhivan Sarovar Portico have taken their guests for granted.

No there is no swimming pool
Yes, Auto rickshaw are easily available outside the hotel and also from temples, they easily drop at hotel. Charges are very reasonable. Lunch and dinner at hotel very from 500-600 per person. However, variety of food served is less as compared to prices charged. You can also enjoy tasty foods on chhatikara road which is in the way from temples to hotel. Many good food court in front of Prem Mandir.
