Our stay at Best Western Vrindavan was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff's kindness and dedication to ensuring our comfort were evident. The hotel offers pure sattvic food, without onion or garlic, which was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide range of options from continental dishes to traditional Vrindavan/Mathura delicacies and healthy South Indian meals. I enjoyed some of the recipes so much that I asked the chefs for recipes, and they were kind enough to share.
The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room service, available 24/7, was always delivered with a smile. The lunch and dinner options from their a la carte menu were varied and delicious, catering to every palate.
We stayed for seven days, and every aspect of our stay was well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond, assisting us with our luggage when we arrived early and providing valuable information and tour planning assistance via WhatsApp before our arrival.
Although the location feels a bit far from the temples and ashrams, it works out well because you don't have to deal with the rush of small narrow roads. It is easier to find a rickshaw or auto, and they don't demand high prices.
I highly recommend staying at Best Western Vrindavan to enhance your vacation experience. Visiting Vrindavan for the first time was a wonderful experience, made even better by our stay at this fantastic hotel. The place has an aesthetic and pleasant vibe that perfectly complements the spiritual atmosphere of Vrindavan.

Excellent Hotel During our two-night stay in Vrindavan, we chose the Best Western Hotel from among the handful of reputable branded accommodations available in the area. Situated within an apartment complex, this hidden gem offers impeccable service and well-appointed rooms. While the hotel's location within the apartment complex provides a sense of seclusion, it can be slightly challenging to locate the main entrance. Moreover, being nestled away from the main road means that battery rickshaws might not always be readily available at the hotel's doorstep, necessitating a brief walk of approximately half a kilometer to reach the nearest main road to fetch an auto. One minor inconvenience we encountered was the shortage of staff in the restaurant during peak hours. The modestly sized dining area struggled to accommodate the influx of guests, resulting in delays in both order placement and service. Despite this drawback, the culinary offerings surpassed expectations, with each meal—be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner—proving to be a delightful culinary journey that left us thoroughly satisfied.

The hotel offered a pleasant and welcoming experience, with polite staff during the day. However, my experience at night during the cold winters of North India was disappointing. When I inquired about central heating, a staff member named Ranjeet (if I recall correctly) responded rudely, stating that they could not turn it on for our wing due to low occupancy—despite charging the full price. When I requested a room heater instead, I was told none were available, and the only solution offered was an extra blanket. This response felt unacceptable and left me with a negative impression after paying the full rate.

Normal 3* Hotel with lots of imporovments required…..
So I’m editing my previous review after C/out @ Had basic issue of warm water @ wash room which was corrected after room change after 7 hours , then had to contact Gm Mr Dubey to point this out - he was generous enough to offer Dinner on the house to compensate the issue . Food Quality & Restaurant staff are Superb specially Mr Narayan Das was quite efficient ( @ lunch though staff served us Dal tadka with onion Garlic which we ordered without onion garlic - which was changed after our notice to them ) …
But Room & particularly Bathroom needs improvement- their Mixture of Hot /cold water is a quiz for guest , if u wish to start tap water then overhead shower will turn On & u will be surprised by sudden water fall , I had to change my clothes twice after bath ……
Once W/c flush tank was stuck up & next time Hand shower’s shower part Came off - so we had to almost keep Plumber on Duty …….:
So it wasn’t a very pleasing experience to the Amount we spent of almost 8400k / Night except Food

Mukesh took great care of us during breakfast . As there was some issue with AC temperature control hotel staff quickly provided us blower in room. Good breakfast and dinner options Good for family stay Weak WIFI signal Wooden floor in room 215 needs some repair .Overall a good relaxed stay of 2 nights and three days

Beautiful experience.entire Staff is very courteous especially Mukesh ji captain at the restaurant. He personally took care of our needs. Whenever we couldn’t reach down for food out of whole hospitality food was provided at our comfort in our rooms. Small little essentials were also taken care of. Thank you for the lovely stay .
