Nice service. Great hospitility. Friendly staff and definitely a great experience. Office Manager named Ms. Sahaya, Ms. Anu Jain and Ms. Shahiba has a friendly behaviour. The restaurant inside the hotel is hygienic as well as the foods tastes delicious.

We stayed in this hotel with family, Hotel location is too good walking distance to Prem Mandir,We were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff I don't remembering his name, we have seen Gautam Bharti the executive housekeeper making sure to attended professionally. We liked to see such a vourteous staff, Maintain Good interior, good amenities, too good food quality, We as a family liked the way he helped us will certainly recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives. Clean rooms, good service. In-room dining service is also good. Ravi chaudhri takes care of room and customers very well This hotel is at very convenient location from shri Baake Bihari mandir approx 3 km and other mandir. Mr kundan, chef in dining area is very courteous and takes care of customers very well. The food served is very delicious and fresh. All the staff is helping and service are very good.

If you are in Vrindavan this is one of the best 3 star hotel to stay in. With close proximity to Prem mandir and iskcon their service is top notch much like a 4 star. I stayed in a premium room for 2 nights with 2 senior citizens and a toddler, we loved the room, the cleanliness, the space and everything. The staff at the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, security all of them were very humble and polite. Breakfast had good minimal spread with 2-3 items changing the next day. The food was good, we even ordered dinner and lunch for 2 days. Continental cuisine can be improved a little as we felt it was more of ketchup in the red sauce. Chinese and regional food at this restaurant were the best.
If you are looking for a hotel stay that doesn’t put a hole in your pocket with the best service, staff, food and cleanliness then Idhayan palace is the place for you, 100% recommended.

The hotel is situated right on the main road in Mathura-Vrindavan road. Although it may appear small, the rooms and the entire hotel are clean and beautiful. Auto rickshaws are readily available from the main gate. Prem Mandir is within walking distance from the hotel, and on the opposite side is Vaishno Devi temple. The staff is courteous, and the food is commendable. Moreover, they accommodate late checkouts without imposing any extra fees. The pricing is reasonable compared to other hotels of a similar standard.

A nice cozy hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous right from the front office desk people to the security person outside.. The in-house restaurant needs special mention as the food was amazing. I give it 5 stars for service.

Undoubtedly one of the nicer hotels in Vrindavan with clean, big, comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. Where they lack is service. 1) was served stale bread with fungus. When informed the staff was smiling instead of apologizing. 2) Ate at in-house restaurant and service is super slow, non attentive staff 3) Requested room service for tea bags and sugar sachets which took over 30 mins to arrive. Overall really disappointed with the quality of service in the hotel.

I found Idhyan's staff is quite courteous and helpful while managing whole event of wedding. It is an awesome hotel with economic rates . The way they manage the services is quite commendable and special credit goes to their manager and chef for helping us out throughout the event . Thank you

Very nice experience. They have upgraded my rooms to bigger rooms. Rooms were clean and food was nice. Overall satisfactory. Will recommend to others. The staffs showed polite behaviour and the receptionist was kind enough to accommodate children at very reasonable price
