Experience of stay was not good. We were 6 adults. For 2 adults sofa cum bed was provided by them, which was not at all comfortable. When asked to change matress, staff behaviour was not good. He didn't change it. Poor cleanliness. Rooms are spacious but not maingained. I would not recommend this hotel.

Excellent service clean rooms & close proximity to iskcon temple. You don't expect clean rooms & room service while visiting dham but this hotel is superb, my little girl needs milk daily & it was served within 10mins by room service. Also car rentals can be arranged from travel desk.

The hotel is exactly behind the Iscon temple. Peaceful place around hotel. The best value is the good rooms with Air Condition, spacious and clean. Hotel staff is cordial. The only disadvantage I found that food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) is not available in the hotel. It may be because most of the tourist go outside and have food outside. The good thing is that you have ISCON temple restaurant just 100 m away which is accessible from back side gate of temple, so nothing to worry about. Overall it was a good experience staying with the hotel.

I stayed here for one night, it was actually beyond my expectations, clean spacious room with AC and Fan, nice marble floor inside the room and the corridor, there’re also two big windows looking outside yard, with nice sunlight coming through and made the room quite pleasant. The room is very basic, linens are clean but over used and hope they can just bleach the linens to make it look cleaner. No tea tea-kettle to make tea, have to call and they’ll bring a pot of hot water to you. No hair-dryer neither. I brought my own toothbrush, toothpaste, can’t remember if they offer. The tiled bathroom is very basic with rusty metal amenities, shower head and faucet etc, they could’ve asked someone to polish the metal parts to make it shine again, and the bathroom room will look nicer. I believe this hotel has had its hay day, not every budget hotel would have marble flooring in and out, I think it can gets better after some minor improvements. Best part is their location, very close to the big temple, I went to the temple in the morning and had a free meal there. I’d say it’s a good experience staying at this hotel.

the major plus point about this place is that it is right behind ISKCON, so easy to reach the ISKCON temple and the MVT restaurant. The staff were helpful but the rooms are very basic. Heater is provided only at Rs400 per day. Which I felt was too much, since it was winter and we were not using ac, at least they should provide the heater. We only ordered something from their restaurant once and it was quite satisfying and freshly made. Pure vegetarian. Thank you for that.

Stayed here during our pilgrimage to Vrindhavan. The location is very convenient, as there are lots of places nearby to visit. The standard of the rooms are not great, but it is workable. Cleanliness was disappointing as they only clean rooms if you are there, which is unlikely if you are traveling.

The only good thing is that it is behind isko temple, rest everything is useless.staff is very less compared to size of property, they have to buildings 1 is new and other is old.hotel staff are bossy in nature and multiple extra things which u have not consumed during your stay in final bill,if u don't remember they will surely cheat.rooms are ok but not great compared to price.resturant and food is hopeless,u will get food min after 50 mins of it order and most of the things are never available.

We had stayed in this property for the first time and my reviews are as follows: 1. The property is in a prime location however in an inaccessible location. Only the Tempo Traveler can reach the property. Bigger than that, the vehicle has to be stopped on the main road and the luggage has to be dragged till the property for around 300 mtrs of a distance. 2. The rooms in the second building (new building) are quite spacious. However, no proper maintenance. The fixtures in bathroom are not spot clean. They are all like worn out fixtures. The AC's are all window AC's, the rooms mattresses and bed sheets are sometimes torn and with stains, etc. My room's light was fluctuating and not working properly and above all many a times hot water not available in the morning for taking bath. 3. There is no mineral water bottle or any toilet kit given in this hotel for the price they charge. What they give is just a medimix soap. That too on demand. Water given is RO water and it is not filled regularly. My clients have tuff time with respect to the water. 4. The room service is not upto the mark. Boys do not turn up even after calling several times. The food plates kept lying almost the whole day outside the room in the gallery and no one to pick them up and clean. When asked to fix the light of my room, the boy asked me to just switch off the light and not use it, rather than getting it fixed. Very lazy in service. After repeated reminders room cleaning was done. My clients gave a very bad feedback on this hotel. 5. The restaurant was always empty like and not air conditioned at all. Switching on the fan would cool the food faster not allowing us to relish it. Tumblers not cleaned properly. Very dirty. Surprisingly there is no handwash sink in the restaurant to wash hands after eating. It was a lot inconvenient for the guests. Like this there were many issues in this hotel and overall my guests did not like this hotel at all. This hotel is owned by the Radharaman Temple's Goswamis - one of the most prominent temples in Vrindavana and such service was not anticipated from this hotel management.
