I stayed with my family including 2 kids at this hotel from 28th Sept to 1st Oct. I reached the hotel at around 12 noon and was welcomed by Mr Faisal with a smile. He provided us early check-in and conveyed the timings of each temple in the vicinity in the form of a pamphlet.

I booked an executive suite and it was a 1BHK apartment with a drawing dining room with a big sofa bed sufficient for 3 and a 4 seater dining table. Then it has a master bedroom with a King Bed . It is more like a service apartment with room service. The room was spacious and clear but not very fancy. There was seepage and few first marks on the walls. A family of 4 to 6 can easily be accommodated in this room.

They have an in-house restaurant named Namaste and all the dishes tried there were economical and great in taste. You can avoid Rajma Chawal and Chole Chawal combos though.

The location of this hotel is right in front of Prem Mandir and almost 500 meters from Iskcon Temple. You can get an electric rickshaw for Rs 10 per seat for Banke Bihari Temple easily from the main road. They have ample parking space which is otherwise a problem with hotels in Vrindavan.

I would definitely love to stay again in this hotel!!

Location is excellent. Rooms are very good with very good view. Hotel is new one. Food quality was just ok. It is near to Prem Mandir and food was good outside. Parking space is ample. One can park the vehicle in Hotel and take E Riksha at around 300 per day for darshan of famous temples.

Location wise excellent, executive suites spacious with small kitchenette, comfortable sofa in living room, spacious cupboards.Staff is courteous and helpful. BUT one thing missing is no restaurant, goibibo site has wrongly displayed free breakfast available. Hotel management should rectify this as many travelers may face problems as we did.

The hotel generally is fine with basics in place. But what makes it an absolute disaster is the general attitude of the staff some of them are extremely badly behaved. The guy at the reception actually told me even it is a few minutes before the check in time they will charge me 1k extra, which I found wierd I had reached the hotel at 11:30 am and in the nastiest manner said you can write a review anywhere and they don't care. Then comes the restaurant staff. It was late and the breakfast buffet was not in its best form ..the food by that time was not very appetizing. So I asked for some room service and they just refused atleast I expected would have got some fresh food...but the guy refused, so in the hot sun went out to eat. The room has a musty smell that the staff simply denied is present so I figured out it comes from the sink so used the coffee cup yo cover it so I could breathe. ..so on the whole a pretty hopeless place.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite the promising commitments made prior to my arrival, my stay was plagued with numerous issues that significantly impacted my overall experience.

Lack of Assistance with Luggage: Upon check-in, there was no staff available to assist with my luggage. This is a basic service I expected from a reputed establishment like yours.

Unavailability of Buffet Breakfast: Contrary to what was promised, there was no buffet breakfast available. This not only disrupted my plans but also left me scrambling for alternatives in an unfamiliar location.

Unprofessional Staff and Management: The behavior of your staff and management was highly unprofessional. They were loud, lacked the basic courtesy to welcome guests properly, and displayed a concerning inability to communicate effectively with customers.

Frequent Power Outages and Poor Wi-Fi: The lights kept going off repeatedly, and the Wi-Fi service was unreliable, which made it extremely difficult to work or relax during my stay.

Service Charges and Unavailability: Essential services were only available on a chargeable basis, and even then, the response time was unacceptably slow. There was a notable lack of staff available to attend to guests' needs.

Safety Concerns: I did not feel safe staying at your property due to these ongoing issues and the overall environment.

Considering these severe inconveniences and the lack of value for money, I kindly request a full refund for my stay. The experience was far below the standard expected, and I believe this is a fair resolution for the distress caused.

I trust you will address these concerns promptly and take corrective measures to ensure future guests do not face similar issues. I look forward to your swift response and resolution of this matter.

I had visited Hotel Shri Radha Nikunj with my family. The stay was good with newly manufactured rooms and helpful staff. They have a separate Restaurant at the ground level, food is good but there some issues related to providing very limited ala-carte service in dinner (only buffet was available).

First of all, the booking is not available directly. Hotel staff didn't help at all. If don't believe please do call. No covered parking. The hotel is basically a converted apartment style hotel ie 1BHK and 2BHK. Proper room service not available. Hotel rooms and food in its restaurant is extremely costly. Good part is location ie near to Prem mandir but after going there I realised that complete Vrindavan is within 7Km. If you just want to stay with air conditioner then you can go with it. Otherwise go with other options such as Sarovar Portico etc in such hefty price.
Overall experience, poor

We paid 5k per night for 5 people. There was weekend rush so no discount. We rook the big 2 rooms family setup.

Good: location opposite prem mandir, huge living room, parking

Average: food, staff is courteous but late all times.

Bad: bad wifi, room cleanliness and unhygienic linens

Overall, not a highly recommended place

This is such a hotel which one should opt iff there is no other option available to stay. Rooms and linens were not clean. Staff was non courteous and negligent.
I bet vrindavan ashrams and dharamshalas must be serving their guests better than this hotel. Only good thing about hotel is its restaurant which servers variety of delectable food.

It's a fantastic place located in the heart of Vrindavan Dham just opposite to Prem Mandir.
A new property, amazing room actually you get a suit at a price of a room .
Lots of good eateries at the gate,Banke Bihari temple about 10 minutes away if you take an E rikshaw.Very courteous staff . Plenty of parking place.
Though it doesn't have restaurant but they said it be coming soon but they provide room service.
