We didn't have very good experience due to lack of cleanliness maintained. I stayed for a week due to it's location. Staff at the reception is polite, however the cleaning staff cleans the room only when you call them up multiple times and inspite of giving instructions to do at a specific time during the day, that too when u ask them to do each and everything, else just brooming. Wouldn't recommend for family at all..

It's reduced itself to a 2 start hotel now, was better earlier on. Do I need to say anything more..... Not for families, who choose hotels as per google/trip advisor ratings. Dilapidated, somewhat.... Couldn't stand the test of time.

Stayed here for a night with family, It's a nice hotel on the main road of Vrindavan on which main temples like Bankey Bihari ji, Radha Vallabh ji, ISCKON and Prem Mandir etc. are located. It's about 700 meters walk from Bihariji temple. The room (silver) and the toilet were clean and hygienic. The room had clean towels and ample toiletries. I cannot comment on the food as I did not try it. Overall a good stay, will recommend.

My first worst experience of online booking from booking.com No maintenance at all There is a senseless answer for every problem in rooms It seems like as if they are paying u to stay here . Plz be aware before booking this hotel .

Worst room They show fancy picture and take advance from customer so that he is not left with option expect to go with their rooms I suggest everyone to not take this rooms I have suffered a lot because of them due to poor room Rooms are very small and toilets are also not so clean

Charged 2000 for AC room, food quality is bad... And Service was poor... Waste of money...
I would recommend not to stay at this hotel.
Better to stay in a dharamshala... Rather staying at this hotel

Hi, we checked in on 23rd feb for 1 night and the guy who checked us in was very humble and he understood our needs and assigned us a room as per our requirement. The rooms were really beautiful, neat and clean and moreover it was beyond our expectations. Later met Mr. Kapoor who was also very helpfull and gave us the late check out, Totally value for money. I used to work for Hotel Hyatt Regency Delhi, So understand the hospitality very well. This place is far far better than most of the reputed hotels in the town.

Located centrally this is a nice budget hotel. Stayed here 2-3 times. Good food and great hospitality. Staff is very cordial.Banke bihari temple is at 15 min walking dis.Market and ATMs are accesible.

Hotel Dev Residency offered budget accommodation with great location advantage. It is in close proximity to Famous Banke Bihari Temple and about 10-15 minutes walking distance from ISCON Temple & Prem Mandir. Room (AC Gold) was nicely done with bright comfortable linen and proper lighting. One shortcoming was was with the washroom space as it was quite congested (would be an issue for too healthy person 😎). Rest of the equipments were good. Service and food were fine. Staff was good and courteous and they were prompt in providing the requested service. We had a nice stay and would recommend for a fine budget stay.

The restaurant serves good food but the service is very slow. The place is under staffed and thus it takes lot of time in serving. The rooms are good and clean and the location is also good. It is at walking distance from all the prominent temples of Vrindavan.
