Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise en arrivant à Monteverde que l’hôtel que nous avions réservé était fermé. Heureusement, l’équipe de l’hôtel Heliconia nous a trouvé cette jolie petite cabine familiale à flan de montagne! Elle était propre et parfaitement aménagée pour une famille avec un deuxième étage offrant des lits individuels pour les enfants. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit-déjeuner le lendemain de style buffet. Très bon!

Stayed three nights. Room had incredible views, superb sunsets. Room had seating area inside and outside the room to watch the view Mileydi at the front desk organized transportation and private tours for us. All was smooth and excellent. Daily breakfast was great and plenty of it. Had all our dinners at their restaurant which was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again.

Me encantó el hotel, las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. La vista era magnífica, el personal A1 sobre todo Yomar y Mileydi. Además, mi mamá tiene problemas para desplazarse y solicitamos apoyo y vinieron por ella puntual y con mucha amabilidad. El buffet muy variado. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y regresaría.

It was just unexpected joy and laughter from the moment I arrived and was greeted by Yomar🤩 Only there two nights but enough to taste the mountains of Monteverde. From here I was shuttled to the parks to do the jungle canopy walk and visit the sloth sanctuary. My two must do’s and then a blissful masssge by Margie at their spa. And two wonderful dinners in their restaurant. I could have stayed longer so will just have to return. Thank you to all of the staff, but especially Yomar who was there from start to finish. I couldn’t have handled my luggage without him😉🙏🌈🦥🦋🌳

Das Hotel war eines der besten unserer Rundreise. Service super sogar der Hotelmanager hat uns die Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht. Das Abendessen dort war auch serh lecker. Leider sind die Preise landestypisch sehr hoch. Das Hotel liegt auf dem Berg sehr abgelegen... Shuttle Service ins Dorf gibt es leider nicht und nachts zu Fuss laufen den Berg hoch muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Tip: vorher im Ort beim Supermarkt halten und sich mit benötigten Sachen eindecken. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und ruhig und auch W-Lan funktionierte einwandfrei. Aufenthalt leider zu kurz und Menshcne mit Gehbehinderung sollten ein Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption nehmen da man sonst zur Rezeption oder zum Essen jedesmal einen steilen Hügel hinaufgehen muss. Rauchen wie immer in Costa Rica ein Problem aber wir haben auf dem "Parkplatz" vor unserem Zimmer geraucht und es hat niemanden gestört.…

Lovely hotel at the top of the hill in Monteverdi with beautiful views, lovely rooms with a sitting area, good breakfast and great shower. Housekeeping is good and staff very friendly. Downside is there isn’t any heat and it did get chilly at night ( November). Also you have to walk up a hill to get to your room. I would definitely stay here again

Das Hotel war sauber, schöne Zimmer großes Bad. Sehr freundliches Personal. Was man wissen sollte: das Hotel liegt in einem sehr steilen Hang. Entsprechend sind die Wege zu den Zimmer zum Teil sehr steil, so dass man schon sehr gut zu Fuß sein muss. Die Koffer können nicht über die Wege transportiert bzw. gerollt werden. Hier ist aber das Personal zur Stelle und bringt die Koffer zu den Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war ganz okay, mehr nicht. Vom Hotel kann man relativ leicht über einen Fussweg in die Stadt gelangen. ABER die Lage ist nicht ohne. Man darf keine Probleme mit der Hüfte etc. haben. Die Hanglage ist sehr anstrengend und nicht unbedingt für Untrainierte oder ältere Menschen geeignet.

Aparte de ser un hermoso lugar, el trato amable y el excelente servicio de los colaboradores hacen de la estadía una hermosa experiencia!! Las instalaciones son hermosas, tienen una vista impresionante !! Es un lugar de ensueño !! Cuentan con un restaurante que ofrece deliciosos postres platillos! Sin duda alguna pueden animarse a visitar este lugar y les aseguro pasarán una hermosa estadía ! Sin duda alguna volveré !!
