This hotel was a great place for a no thinking, go off and do what you want kids hotel. The hotel is very large and set out across two large buildings. We stayed on a fifth floor room in the building looking over the quiet pool and sea.
The rooms were very clean. With adequate air conditioning that would turn down to 18 C. The beds were comfortable and the tv had cable channels such as Eurosport. There was a bottle of water and a couple of bottles of local soda in the fridge, but it was not a mini bar. We had no trouble getting extra towels or sheets as the hotel was pretty quick at supplying anything we asked for.

What I really liked about the hotel was the fact you had great contrast, my teenager who is sporty and constantly on the go had the activity pool which had music and entertainment throughout the day. Where as my other son preferred the quiet pool where he could sit and read as well as swim without a huge amount of splashing and screaming.

The beach area is nice to visit, however the beach is a shail beach not sand so bring water shoes. We did find the sea current very strong so be careful with weak or non swimmers.

The food was very good and evening meals had a lot of variety from wraps and kebabs to seafood and sushi. There was a good selection of western food as well. The only downside of mealtimes was finding a table to sit at, at the height of season you could be waiting ten minutes for a table to empty. My tip is to use the small a-la-carte room which had a number of tables and a good working air conditioning unit.

Evening entertainment changed each night and went from karaoke to local dance displays. The garden bar and beach disco stayed open till 2:00am but be warned once the entertainment finishes everyone piles into the garden bar and tables become a premium.

I will point out the size of the drinks, they are small and not a half pint that you may expect, this both a good thing and bad. It’s good from the perspective there are not loads of half empty cups everywhere but also you may need two or three drinks to quench your thirst.

One thing I do want to mention is room keys, keep them away from electronics as they are very sensitive, we were constantly having them reprogrammed which is a pain at 11:00 at night.

Finally one thing that does need to be mentioned is that this hotel is a favourite with Russians and Eastern Europeans l, if you are not used to how they act, such as not queuing then you may get upset. Don’t let this spoil your holiday stand your place and point out that you were waiting and everything will be good.

For a family holiday this hotel ticked all the boxes.

You are greeted with close attention from the moment you enter the facilities.
The cleanliness of the rooms is very good. The missing coffee, tea, water and soft drinks in the room are replenished daily.
The main course varieties in the restaurant change every day and the taste of the dishes is quite good. The cleaning of glasses, goblets, plates, forks and spoons used in the restaurant is very good.
The hygienic cleanliness of the pools within the facility is at a very good level.

Thank you! I really liked the hotel! It’s like a cruise ship 😁 the rooms are clean, the elevator is always working and no matter what floor you live on it’s always easy to get to the room, the staff is friendly, cuisine for every taste - restaurant, beach cafe, pool bar, underground passage bar, cafe There are so many places in the lobby where you can have a snack, enjoy a coffee or a cocktail, there are plenty of places for swimming, your access to the sea under the city road is super and safe for children. Thank you to the owners and all the employees for arranging our vacation!!!! Highly recommended!

Hello there. I wanted to share my impressions of a 10-day holiday at the Beach club doganay. I'm not usually a fussy guest, but this hotel has completely impressed me. So, in order. I came with a child, 8. All two buildings of the hotel are made so that the balconies with windows overlook the sea and the road. Those numbers from the end are closest to the road and it's a huge noise. Even with the windows closed, you can hear the noise of cars driving without stopping. Building "A" is old, pale yellow wallpaper, but you can sleep. The cleaning is terrible. We only put up a sign to remove the room once, however, from all the cleaning we put current shampoos and gels, no trash even thrown away. The bed hasn't been changed once in 10 days. I didn't expect that from Turkey. The case where the receptionist is visible, updated. The sea is not rocks-- rocks and slippery slabs, not for small children. Considering our entire vacation was waves, going to sea is problematic without corals. The food is delicious and varied for my taste. There was fish and meat and even rolls. I didn't find any soy sauce. But more than once, small ants have been seen crawling on food. Even so, the rest is rotavirus-free. The staff at the restaurant are very responsive, no complaints. Making requests, helping. Animation - even the children show an attitude towards Russians, very hurtful. I won't go anymore: the area is small, the hotel is at the hotel, the music is loud until night+road, the windows are terrible and the noise is heard so that even in the birushes you can't sleep.

Let me start with the fact that if a hotel saves on air conditioning in the restaurant, lobby, and reception, then what can we talk about? If you find a place next to the air conditioner, then you may be a little lucky. The windows and doors of the restaurant are wide open - all the smoke from the grill (which was cooked outside, not on coals, but on “camel shit”) blows everything inside, plus all the other smells as well (what’s the appetite there?). The dishes in the restaurant are all stained, in the bar, by the pool, I saw how they wash glasses - this is trash. The waiters, cleaning the bar by the pool, pour all the remaining drinks next to the tables on the palm trees and on the grass. The lobby bar (called "Gatto", in my opinion) had air conditioning, but the bar itself did not work. Places where you could cool down were your room (individual air conditioning worked 24/7) and the SPA center in the basement of the second building.
About food: if you come to the opening, there is a choice, but then they don’t inform you. Problems with seats in the restaurant. For three stars this is normal.
The excursions were specially taken from a tour operator (we had ANEX, girl Victoria): a bus with a broken air conditioner, there was no organization, no security, no point in overpaying. We complained to the operator - no reaction (the cash register was closed). Apparently Türkiye is no longer the same - prices have risen, and the service has simply collapsed.

Horrible experience, if you are not Russian don’t bother. The food, music, entertainment all Russian focused, hotel stuff speaks only Russian (no one speaks English apart of one lady on reception). Shows in the evening and all activities all in Russian we didn’t understand anything. Cocktails 1 star out of 10 if that, impossible to drink, glasses and plates not always clean.. sometimes sticky. Food some days was ok for someone from outside the focus group but most days I’ve been eating chips and salads. Rooms ok-ish but not cleaned every day up to 5 star standards (not providing clean towels, not refilling toilet paper missing ash trays in 2 balconies I’ve been to, not refilling water in the fridge and cotton pads along with ear buds). For Russian standard probably 5 star hotel but if compared to other 5 star hotels I’ve been to this year maybe 3-4 stars specially in terms of service. We had to switch rooms as the Hotel was overbooked, 1st night we got a family room which they asked us to leave and take another room with a jacuzzi to compensate the stress with airport transfer that never showed up and the room changing, then they took our bags to a smelly room without jacuzzi.. the smell was really bad there so I went back and said I want what was promised or go back to the family room (which didn’t stink) they told me no, leave the bags here and we will clean the jacuzzi room Soon … so I paid for a room but was asked to stay all day without one, I didn’t agree to that so they put me back in that family room again, finally before the evening they gave me Keyes to the jacuzzi room but most of my 1st day was wasted for running around and packing and checking different room. They airport transfer didn’t show up on the arrival day (flight on time) so we spent all the money we had for activities and shopping on a taxi to the hotel, we were very worried that they won’t show up on the way back but the hotel guy said 90% they will show up (so reassuring) plus he suggested that we never showed up! Really would I spent £80 on a taxi if the driver would be waiting for us?? And one last thing some guests had no manners or common sense or sense of personal space at all, 2 females tried the soup and put the spoon back in the bowl for other to use, absolutely disgusting 🤮 no respect for queues just came grabbed the food/drink and walked of oblivious to all of us waiting patiently for our turn. Music mostly Russian, yoga in Russian entertainment in Russian, wasted money for me, the experience was mostly stressful and shocking.

Wonderful hotel. Exceeded expectations. Beautiful, spacious, well-groomed, small area, transition to the sea. The rooms may be a little tired, but this does not interfere with your rest, new, comfortable mattresses (room 3019), good water pressure. Nutrition is a different story. There is a lot of food, very tasty, every evening a luxurious dinner is served by the pool, every evening a new theme (sushi, kebab, sweets, meat, etc.) Cotton candy for children, ice cream in the evening. Children's club, carousel, rope course, table tennis, football field, tennis. In the evening there was a children's disco, there were inflatable trampolines once, a foam party. For adults, shows and discos on the sea every evening. The DJ is just great. At the same time, the noise does not interfere with resting in the room; it is not audible. There is no noise from the road, although our windows overlooked the sea and the road. We were sleeping and didn't hear anything.
You can order a taxi at the reception and go to the center ($13), there are shops in the hotel, you can buy everything, but you can also leave the territory and there is a street with shops nearby.
We really liked everything.
Thanks to the hotel.

Really happy with this hotel for the price we paid.
Some parts weren’t open yet as it wasn’t their summer, it would have been good if the website was clearer about dates of things being opened. The shuttle bus to town also wasn’t running, however it was less than £1 to go there on the public bus from right outside the hotel!
I was impressed with the food and selection (my partner less so) so think that depends on personal preference.
The all inclusive element was only until 11pm (even though the bars and disco were open to 2am, so you had to pay after this time) which surprised me.
There are shops on-site, selling clothes and food etc but it’s quite pricey, there is a smaller shop about 4 min walk away which is worth going to for the price difference!
There was no tea or coffee in the room, however we finally got some from the coffee bar.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
There is a road between the hotel and beach but there is a lovely decorated underpass to access it, so very safe however a little noisy because of the road.

If you are looking for a nice hotel, on the beach and near a town, this is perfect for that.

Me and my husband chose doganay Beach club due to the many positive return stories.

We arrived at the hotel at 3 o'clock at night and were taken in by 2 in the reception that in some areas had quite difficulty in communication in English but it went, we had to ask for a towel card

We got our room where we got the message that we only got this room temporarily as there were no more rooms available but we had to contact the reception at 10:00

We were tired and had to admit it wasn't just a fight we wanted to fight there.

The night became a challenge to get through for our room was equipped with 1 bed and a blanket for sharing, on the outside of the room was a tube it went all from 6th floor and down on a plastic roof where condensation from the air conditioning system ran into, it became a night with loud drip sounds on the plastic roof.
When we finally get up it is clear that the room is clamped and beds the frame full of shields and stains from yes who knows now what?
The table was full of
Sugar from previous guests and there were probably between 25 and 50 ants in the bathroom!

We meet up at the reception at 10:00 and explain what they have said and here we are greeted by a female receptionist who says it must be a misunderstanding for it is the right room we have we make clear we do not want this room as it in no way lives up to what we have paid for and we will be told come back in 1 hour then we have another you can see !

At 11 a.m. we meet up shortly for the new room and here you really experience the difference between being in the old part of the hotel and the new part!

New nice rooms a nice view and clean and nice! We say yes immediately and get moved over to the new one immediately without nonsense and more noble! A really bad start quickly turned into a much better experience!

The hotel itself is like an all inclusive hotel in Turkey is with 5 stars! You have to remember that it is the facilities and not the standard you give stars for here!

The Ground Girls
Are cute smiling and happy, restaurant and bar staff could well learn to act more service minded in the form of smiles and the way one socialized the guests, often when
You stood in the buffet, the servants often just went into people to get through and nothing with smiling and saying good morning or something to people when they sat down.

The food at the hotel is actually surprisingly good and there is a lot to choose from, however I could miss signs for breakfast
And lunch buffet with
Content same with dessert it hard when
You have an allergy to any nut to find the head and tail in what is in.

The hotel as a whole has super many good areas with garden outdoor bar and beach several pools and snack bars.

The beach is super delicious despite it a little many stones and rocks but that makes it only nice that you do not fight with pebbles!

Bar has little to come after they should learn to make better drinks and the use of glasses and mugs etc can be a little entertaining !

Overall, the hotel and the surroundings are quite fine but there is always something that can be made better!

But would have nothing in the mind to come again

We were with our family and 3 people...at the beginning of May....The first impression was that we quickly checked into a room with a view of the mountains on one side and a view of the sea...))) 3 suitcases helped at once .in an armful...and to the 6th floor...they gave a tip of $.....2 pools...Quiet by the bar with strong alcohol and cocktails and a restaurant..only noticed there by foreigners mainly.. .another pool with 3 slides .. there are separate areas for small children .... there is also a bar mainly wine and beer .. no hard drinks ... and good) and snacks from salads to meat dishes .... .I would like to note the Russian-speaking animators who will not let you get bored
..constant competitions...in the pool and on land...we especially want to express our gratitude to the animator MARGO...as she called herself and Margarita)))...a very positive and open girl...although they are all very cool))) ..went to the Spa...hamam...we really liked it..Thai kneaded from head to every bone on the body...good, helpful staff.....linen and towels are changed in the room every day. ..a compliment in the morning from the hotel: water 1.5 and carbonated drinks..also nice))..you come from the sea and swans are waiting for you..and various gadgets....with flowers...No questions about food.. .in the restaurant there is tea..coffee..milk ..cakes....food in abundance from fish every day to meat...greens...cheeses...etc....I give it 5+...they remove from tables, extra utensils very quickly... the only thing that bothered me... is the sea on the beach... be careful... very large waves in places...... first feel out what is where and how... don’t dive right away ...there were no problems with sunbeds...although I read reviews that there were problems, maybe because the hotel was not yet fully occupied...every night there are discos on the seashore...with DJs...the repertoire is 50/50.. ..in general, our holiday was a great success....because before that there were disappointments in Turkey...expectations and reality...but this Beach Club Doganay hotel did not disappoint.....Recommended!!!!
