First of all it’s not Paris but Malakoff. This area seems be safe, quiet and nice but it's not typical Paris. Metro station is about 8 minutes of walking and after that it's a long metro journey to get to the center. The Hotel is new or renovated. Room is called a studio but it's normal hotel room just with...

Always they have problems with bookings. Last time was the worst, they lost our booking so they told us they dIdn´t have any studio available but we paid for it, so they send us at 23h. to another bad hotel. No worthy!!! Reception is a mess, other colleagues had the same problem...HORRIBLE! Also, rooms smell bad!!! AVOID!!!

Once you accept that this is an apartment rather than a hotel a lot of the perceived shortcomings go away. The bed was set up when we arrived and it did dominate what is a very small room but it is a sofa bed and once it is folded away (yes, it is a two person job and needs some...

We were terribly disappointed by this hotel room. It was tiny, like being in a caravan. The bed was a sofabed - totally unexpected - and when folded out we had to climb over it to get to the window or to get to the bathroom, as it filled the whole space. Also very heavy to lift - I ended...

I stayed here for two nights with my fiancee, and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was small but cosy and clean, the bed was very comfortable, wifi for free, quiet neighborhood, close to the metro... The breakfast was a bit simple, but hey, what can you expect for this price?

Officially rated two star Paris hotels can be hit and miss affairs: noisy rooms, lumpy mattresses, dodgy showers and skimpy breakfasts. So thank you Tripadvisor contributors for flagging this hotel, which perfectly balances price with location and quality! The Sejours & Affaires Malakoff is part of a chain of over 40 French hotels aimed at the business and holiday market....

Lets be clear from the start this certainly is not the ritz. But if yo're after something basic clean and good value, and you don't mind it being outside the city centre this should suit your needs. When booking through expedia I had accidentally booked a twin room rather than a double we preffered. At reception they had no problem...

The Hotel is nice and modern. It's clean. Staff is friendly and willing to help. They speak English also. Internet connection worked very well. Self-catering was not an issue at all. Shops are available in local area; also "Take away" and local cafes. The metro station on a walking distance. The local area is very quiet and clean. The market...

During the Summer of 2010, 3 friends (all in 20's) and I, stayed in this hotel. We initially found it for the bargain price which was great. We arrived in Paris by train and at first had a hard time finding where it was on the metro map, we had nice gentlemen give us directions on the metro. It is...

In the mid summer heat anywhere in Paris is warm but the lovely attitide of the staff and the town residence make this a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean and efficent and near many shops and restraunts to satisfy any needs. Not far from the rail service and you will be amazed at the secret fun places you can...
