We stayed in a 3 person studio room. There was a double bed pushed up against one wall and a single bed against the opposite wall with a table and chairs in between. The bed was quite comfortable although only had 1 pillow per person, a second pillow would have been great (wasn't one in the cupboard either). The bathroom...

My wife and I stayed in Parkville Place Apartments for 16 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment was one of the older ones on an upper floor, the owners being in the process of upgrading apartments from the ground floor up. This meant that there was no sofa or lounge...

I'd booked a room for a night on the weekend. I checked in at about 7pm but was unable to see my room because I had my birthday party to attend to and I was running late. The guy at reception gave me the key and explained how to get in after hours. He seemed nice and there were no...

We were allocated a special needs unit, it seemed to be appropriately appointed for that purpose. The benefit to us was the extra room. Kitchenette lounge large flatsceen TV, a plain but clean and sufficient for a pleasant visit. Have stayed before, no complaints.Recomended

The room was well set up with a kitchenette including all the basic small appliances. There was a comfortable bed. The shower had very weak water pressure and shower recess needed a good clean particularly the tile grouting. I wasn't sure if the smoke alarm was working as it had been left open, probably because when closed it beeped regularly....

We stayed one night. W arrived late and if I had arrived earlier in the day I would have cancelled my booking and gone else where. Dirty, stained carpeting. Mound stained shower, shower head would not work had to lean it against the back wall to try to shower under. Stained sheets and towels. I doubt that the sheets had...

We stayed at Parkville Place for 2 weeks while looking for permanent accommodation. The location was good for us, just down the road from Brunswick and a short tram ride to Melbourne University. The room was a good size, though it was a bit tired with stained carpet and the balcony was grubby. The kitchenette was a bonus and the...

We stayed in one bedroom apartment on ground floor. The room is as new and comfortable. The location is so convenient that it takes 15 - 20 mins to get to city via tram route 19 and walking distance to Barkley shopping centre. The manager is also very nice who tried best to make your stay so enjoyable. We would...
