Thank you Vivosa Staff we had a very special time you were one better than the other , you treated is like royals and ypu deserve 10 out of 10 or even more . We had a wonderful time here and our teenager son as well , after this very challenging year to find people like you make us belive that mira le exist. We will came back for sure because we can o ly say thank you . All of you. You are just amazing! From the server to the cleaning ladies to the chef to the entrateinment team , to the eco kids team to the pilates teacher to the beautitian,and so on , you show us that you are just amazing people all of you ! me and my husband stayed for 6 nights in September 2019. quiet and clean rooms, beautiful environment. great foods and snack quality and variety , nice live music. many pools to choose ...there are so much to do there.

Super resort, did not understand previous review, we had 7 days in late August and a rare occasion when the description in the brochure matches reality. Super staff and managers, super location, super safe Covid compliance, we have been to Puglia for 10 years and Italy for over 30 and this is the best resort ever. We nearly drove but my car would not have gone over the huge speed ramps off site, so we rented a car but airport transfers are available. Food was fantastic- previous note about needing to cook pasta longer - sorry by Italians do cook for less time than we do, beach lettini; Italians go to the beach in the morning, pool in the pm so switch to pool am beach pm and you will have no problem finding space. Staff exceptional, especially Olympia and Valentina but all the staff from the Salvataggi to the gardeners, room staff to restaurant all were excellent, and many spoke good English. Rather too many kids for us but that was a small point. Well done Vivosa, may you flourish!! …

We spent 11 nights in this fabulous resort. The staff was SUPER professional and kind and made our stay exceptional! Many thanks to the main manager who gave us precious insights on our he region’s wine and food. Special thanks goes to the staff of mini club (Asia, Giorgia, Lorena, Manuel, Claudia, Giovanni) who made our girl’s (almost 4yo) holiday a blast! We rarely saw her, as she was always busy dancing, drawing, jumping, partying (her choice) so could enjoy couple’s time. I was really amazed by the energy, creativity and kindness of the mini club team! Thanks a million! Another wholehearted thanks goes to Paola whose acquagym and acquazumba lessons were AMAZING! You really rock and manage to transmit good mood and energy! I am already sad to miss the acquazumba class which is happening right now . The resort itself is really beautiful and well kept. The olive trees and the flowers all around make the picture even more special. What a smell! What colors! The hotel has as many swimming pools as you might want: one with slides, one in shade for babies, 3 pools for adults to swim or get a massage in. The beach is sandy and the sea is cristal clear. Next to the main beach, you can find another one (50m away) which has umbrellas reserved for the hotel’s guests who wake up late but still want to enjoy the first row. The food: considering it is all inclusive, both the quality and choice of food was great. Pasta could be more al dente but it’s a mission impossible unless cooked in front of you, but this is not possible due to the large number of guests. Special thanks goes to the pastries chef! OMG! The sweets were soooooo good (I ate an abnormal quantity of ricotta during my stay). We will be back! Highly recommended!…
