We stayed at this campsite for several days on our travels through Southern Italy. The drive to the site is through pretty lemon and olive groves but the roads are so full of pot holes its not easy to glance away to the scenery. Although this is the same for all roads in this part of the world and not...

We have just stayed for our third visit to this campsite on our travels through Italy. We had a lovely welcome and were shown to our pitch. We have an old 8m American RV so we do have to be careful where we can pitch. There is a super pool (you must wear caps on your head) yet there is...

We have a long motorhome of 8 metres and arrived at this campsite to a nice welcome and were put on a large pitch surrounded by trees with plenty of room for our awning. There is a super pool with a shallow section for young children. Caps must be worn and some "entertainment" does go on at the pool, mainly...

We spend more than one month in this very nice camping with my family and enjoyed a lot there. We particularly appreciate the management team, they are very kind and very helpful people. We strongly recommend this camping as it is very clean and as the service is excellent.

We camped here overnight en route to Sicily, but would have been happy to stay longer. Friendly staff, quiet pitches, a traditional restaurant and direct access to a lovely clean beach, with warm sea! They have a swimming pool as well, which looked good, but the sea was too welcoming for us to try it. This is a gem of...

What a super camp site ... Swimming pool warm even in mid may .. The beach clean and charming with palm umbrellas for a little shade .. We have been travelling in Italy for 8 weeks after a few weeks in Spain in our campervan Hetty Hymer and Mimosa is the very best ..

Camping for me is best out in the wilds. So this place might not be for you if you want all the mod cons. For us it was perfect if old fashioned. We arrived on two motorbikes. Umberto the manager showed us to a grassy quiet spot. He speaks excellent English and later as it was still chilly at night...

We've just spent a week at Mimosa after having escaped from another campsite, La Porta del Sole, due to loud music that lasted until midnight every night. Despite the Italian crave for constant "animazione", brain-damaging music and childish dancing, La Mimosa is still quiet and peaceful enough. We really liked the pitch itself (shady despite the absence of trees), the...

My wife & I camped here in October and had an excellent week. The site was quiet and therefore we had plenty of room. We had our own shower room and were told we could use the sink and porch outside one of the permanent caravans. In fact the owner/manager of the site could not have been more helpful, taking...
