When we arrived for our 3 day break the manager could not find our booking but allocated us a room until she could speak with Richard who I assume is the owner and the situation was resolved the following day. The rooms are spacious and clean. The downside was that our "double bed" was in fact 2 singles pushed together...

Golf at Princes followed by a few drinks, a great meal and a very comfy overnight in a fourposter. All staff were very friendly and accommodating so very easy to recommend the Blazing Donkey. By the way, a very good selection of gins were on offer.

Outstanding and very friendly service. Great food and loved the selection of Gin. Room was quiet and cosy. Complimentary full english breakfast was a great start to the day. Gave good advice and helped to book an enjoyable round of golf at Sandwich.

Pretty much speaks for itself - staff will shout at you..portions very minuate....not worth it..we will never return and have learnt never to pay up in advance of our stay. Staff can be friendly but beware having a view different to theirs as they will argue with you ... The food itself is delicious but sadly you can only have...

This was the case, but the extra £10 per night did not cover a working radiator in the bathroom, or a window blind for the bathroom window, which was...

We was pleasantly surprised how lovely this little find was. Staff were friendly and helpful even though there was an issue with a surprise bottle of processco to be left in our room, it was resolved quickly. We also shared an afternoon tea which was delicious and have to say that all the food was absolutely amazing, our room (1)...

So we attended this location as part of a WOWCHER deal brought for us for Xmas. We read all the reviews on this site for this place which gave a plethora of views and made us slightly apprehensive as to how the trip was about to go. However we persevered and off we went. Booking in was fast and very...
