Location of the hotel is good and it is much needed in Itanagar. Aesthetically pleasing, the decor and furnishing speaks of good taste. But there is no elevator for the four floors. The restaurant is not satisfactory. Staff needs training.

Reasonably priced awesome veg food served steaming hot. Rooms n washrooms are clean, but not the linen. Before check in of the guest, no system of checking whether tv, fridge etc are functional and complete set of toiletries, towels etc are placed in room.

I had visited during the months of February and March. You don't have lot of options in food but the service and quality is decent. A very decent stay at affordable rates. Market and city is at a walkable distance from the hotel. I would suggest this place for a stay of you have based your travel itenary in and around Itanagar

It's very irritating while quoting a -ve review. But it's reality. The staff haven't sence how to deal with customers specially visiting from outstation. I use to visit the property sc continental during my business tour to A. P. The staff doesn't Co operate n says kindly go somewhere else n book another 1hotel. While I ask for owner contact no they refuse to give. There mind set is just money making. No focus on customer satisfaction n services. Local business focused. No awareness of hospitality. Bad experience my suggestion don't go in such environment.

This is a nice property in Itanagar, and the rooms are spacious. The staff are polite and courteous. The service at the restaurant is very slow, though - but they are polite and apologetic about it. Probably the best hotel in Itanagar at this price range.
