In this area you will not find many of the well known larger you know what to expect well known named hotels. This mid range hotel was fine for a couple of colleagues and myself. The breakfast basic but you will find something. The town you can stroll along the river but dead quiet with no life outside. The hotel...

This is one of the two Hotels to stay in in the region. Clean rooms, friendly staff speaking English and great owners. The rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds that have been recently renovated.

All the rooms I saw were very spacious and with nice bathrooms. The rooms are not particularly modern but they have everything you need. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are super clean. There is a nice restaurant with surprisingly good food. I had good rumpsteaks (pommern and Taurus Weiderind) with mixed salad and pan-fried potatoes and winter cod...

I stayed in this hotel in late July as part of a trip to see the premier of The Last Picture. I stayed here for two nights. The room was very spacious, no tea and coffee making facilities though (which was rather disapointing). The room was clean, the bathroom has a nice powerful shower and also a comfort height toilet...

Very clean hotel providing exceptional quality food from the restaurant. This is a 3* hotel and its staff are very warm and welcoming, with all speaking either 'get by' English or being fluent, which was clearly an advantage not being able to speak German! The rooms are spaciousThe only negative would be that tea & coffee making facilities were not...

This is a nice hotel, I stay here regularly, for business. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the wifi is free. You can park in front on the hotel (free). The restaurant offers nice dishes which are not expensive, quality is very good. And all of this for a relative low price. I will definitely come back.

I picked the Emsland region for my overnight stop as it was a convenient half-way point, and I chose Hotel Greive because it looked nice! I don't regret my decision, and would certainly stay again should I find myself in the area. This is a small, friendly family-run hotel. Everything has a nice fresh modern feel about it. My room...
