It was an awesome experience. The hotel is clean and tidy. They have separate zones for kids and gym. I understand the hotel is beside the road so it will be very difficult to maintain which they do. I attended a marriage party once in this place . They need to re- think about the hall's ambience. The staff are very polite and humble. We will surely come back again

We had a great experience. We spoke to the Unit head ( Mr. Prantik) who was very decent in talking. He is a very gentle and humble person. We had some difficulty in getting the transportation while going from the hotel to the bus stand. We were sharing with Reception and all of a sudden we had a talk with him while he was coming from his way. We have been to many hotels but he is too gentle with the guests and also seen with his staffs. Rooms and toilets are too big which he promised he will give on other floor. Management must think about the toilet as they must fix tubs or something which looks really nice . Rest all the staff and service are too good. I will surely come back again. Very neat and clean hotel with all facilities.

The rooms are very good, spacious and breathable. The ambience of this hotel is good and after completion of the road work it will be a gr8 location. The room service was excellent. The restaurant boys were very friendly and adapted quickly to my requirements.

I will surely come and visit the hotel again. We had groups but the management should think to increase the number of rooms. We stayed in two hotels as the number of rooms was less. Starting from Reception, Housekeeping, food and service was awesome. I spoke to the GM and his team members for the number of rooms but I understand they cannot help it. He is like the captain of the team who leads the team very well. I like the behaviour of all the staff and their service. They are willing to do everything needed. Kudos to whole team members of Sinclairs burdwan.
