I wanted to thank Hotel Platinum Sharvasti for providing outstanding and clean accommodation, especially since we were on a group tour and travelling for almost 10 hours by bus in the vast horizon with not many modern hotels on the way. It was really a pleasant surprise to arrive at the hotel, like reaching an oasis in the middle of nowhere. The sad thing is we stay only a day here. I will highly recommend this property to anyone checking in this area.

Normally people come in the hotel to enjoy tasty food to take proper rest and spend some peaceful time. In this hotel have a nice food. I order Thai food and they gave us a typical Thai taste, my daughter gave Chinese food order and she got a typical Chinese food not like Indian style Chinese food. Your rooms are very good bathroom is also very clean room have all kind of the amenities even they give us shoe cleaner also which is available only in five star property. When I open shower to take bath immediately hot water came normally estate 5 to 10 minute but in this hotel immediately we got hot water. Lobby is very nice very big and good height. Ambience or good that is based on Buddha theme. Meditational area is definitely a unique and key feature of this hotel. This hotel have good food, good room, good lobby, good ambience, good reception, testi Food, good meditational area, beautiful lawn and good parking area. One thing I notice that when the people come in this hotel everyone is started taking selfie or group picture in the every part of Hotel. Every corner you can take picture or selfie.

Due to peak of second wave of Covid-19 we were the only guest staying in this beautiful hotel and despite that the service was outstanding from check in to check out.
Beautiful, well furnished room, large clean bathroom, clean crisp linen and towels and all other amenities could give tough competition to any 4 star hotels of a big city.
Breakfast and food was also very delicious and served with superb attentive service. Entire management team and staff were very attentive,polite,knowledgeable and eager to serve.
I would definitely give this beautiful gem of a hotel full 10 out of 10.
Definitely we would recommend our friends and family members to stay here whenever they are in this holy city of Shravasti.

We booked 6 rooms with higher price compare to the website ( 5000 rupees / room)and had bad experience. Water in no 1014 have really bad smell , i can not even wash my face. Service s not that much good compare with price . The breakfast for 2 drivers was not included even when i book they confirmed will give . just because drives have breakfast same place with us then charge more .

Very clean hotel and great staff. Big windows in the rooms and beautiful view. The food is great, home style and tasty. Hot water in the shower doesn't take time. I had a good experience staying here. It seems like the best one in the area.

My third visit here! The standards are consistent, and they’ve even improved at times. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, The bed is comfortable, The high-speed Wi-Fi is available, but unfortunately, it seems like I’ve had an unlucky day this time. The in-room Wi-Fi is down, so I’m stuck sitting in the lobby to connect to the internet.

I have stayed there for 10 days during my work visit to Balrampur and Bahraich, I am amazed to see this beautiful property at Shravasti. As a hotelier lived in so many properties across India but never stayed like this property. The lobby has a lot of positive vibes, you sitat work and don't wanna go back to the room at all.
Employees are very professional and take care of you like you are at their homes.
I love the food at Jeevan Restaurant which is huge and the biggest in area, the best part is you just order any breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time and the chef will cook it for you deliciously.
I am glad to see the services the hotel provides, and the best part is a quick service.
I thank all the restaurant staff, Pradeep Saxena, Birendra (GM), Chef who cook for us delicious food.
Thank you all would stay again and recommend Hotel Platinum to all my friends and family.

We had a very pleasant stay here in Sravasti, the service was great, everyine including vivek and Parmesh at the reception and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Love the food! The hotel is very close to the main historical/religious sites.

I have been in this hotel to many times. Prefer to stay here because amazing ambience a very peaceful and when you enter in this hotel you always feel great Vibes. Staff is also very cooperative. Good aur very tasty. One thing I always notice that in this hotel staff or treat you as a family member I don't know how they do it from where they get motivation but this is true stuff Street not very professionally they treat you as a family member. They are very soft and very smiley. This hotel always full with foreigner. That is why this hotel is very neat and clean room or amazing very comfortable very clean with all kind of the amenities. Don't have any negative word for this hotel. What a lobby, what a restaurant, what a food, what a rooms. They have restaurant in the name of Jetvan. This is the Buddhist place that is why Hotel is also made on Buddha theme. This people come here and this kind maximum time in shravasti. Whenever I spend time in this hotel I always saw that foreigners feel very impressive. In the one word I will say that this is the amazing hotel.

What a hotel, super ambiance, very cool and unique kind of peace you can feel. Inside the hotel very positive vibes, staff are very cooperative, nigative part only one that they don't allow "drink" In the restaurant. Rooms are super comfortable. I am much happy with this hotel.
