We stayed here one night on our way to Sault Ste Marie. it's a bit of a climb up to the third floor rooms with no elevator. Clean and comfortable room. The Whitefish was disappointing - seemed to be a frozen portion.

Good Lunch at the Anchor Inn. After several days of ship board lunch ( albeit very good ) we decided to pass the shore excursion and do as we often do. Have a local lunch. The Anchor Inn came highly recommended by some locals and the were right on. I had the Fish Tacos which were not only very tasty...

Least expensive room i stayed in on a cross canada trip. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Had a coffee machine in the room, fridge, microwave and good sized flatscreen tv. Staff were friendly and the food at the bar was good. A pleasant surprise for such an inexpensive room.

Hello Mike: It was good to meet you last night and thanks for taking the time to post a review. Your comments about your cross Canada motorbike ride and having us be the least expensive hotel room in Canada is kinda gratifying. I didn't know you can spend $40 on a camp site. Makes our room #3 on second floor...

We just returned from a 2 night visit to the Anchor Inn. It was a last minute get away that proved to be lovely! We were very fortunate to acquire lodging! The rooms are definitely "simple' but clean and comfortable. Perhaps in time, the details that require updating and finishing will be completed. Do consider that it is a very...

Hello and thank you for your kind comments. Yes our rates are very fair. We keep our rates low because we like being full most nights, and we find that people that stay with us often do as you two did .... and join us for dinner in the dining room and a drink in the bar afterwards. We have...

Exporing the island. Needed a room for on nite, with no reservation got a roomwith a window that faced a wall about 5 feet away. No air. 2 fans, but only one plugged in. We would have to move furniture to plug the other one in. Must have been 95 or more in that room. Very basic old style room.

Good. Average turn of century Inn. Good people. Good food. Quiet on a Sunday night. Basic room (apartment 9) facing water. Easy to find. Mix of road trippers, boaters and locals on the Little street. Near bridge. No A/C but accommodating with fans. Breeze off water was nice overnight.

This inn offers exactly what you would expect from a small-town inn. It has a dark wooden bar with a pool table, TV screen and an excellent selection of local and regional beer; a restaurant with good standard fare and excellent local fish as you would expect on an island; an outdoor deck, which is a good place to eat...

We love heading over to Little Current. The Anchor Inn is a great place for breakfast lunch or dinner. Very friendly staff and great service. Outside patio is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. Kelly is a very welcoming hostess. We can't recommend it ienough!

Little Current is a gem. The boaters have already discovered this place. We decided that we would stay here and make an easy day of it on our way to the ferry the next day. After a day driving the spectacular north shore of Lake Superior we really only wanted a comfy bed and a friendly pub to relax in....

Was my first time staying at The Anchor Inn. I was greeted by Barry at check in and felt very welcomed from the beginning to the end of my three day stay. I ate at the restaurant and had very good service. Had the Mexican style whitefish which was delicious. I had the Canadian burger another night and like a...
