We drove forever it seemed like to get to this hotel, once getting there we couldn't believe our eyes, a city of Yurts!!!!! We had a beautiful room with a king sized bed, plus a wood stove that was full every evening and morning before getting up by the staff, we didn't even hear them in the room. The beds are...

Ger camp that feels like a five star hotel: luxurious beds, en suite shower and toilet, excellent food (a set menu, which is customary in a ger camp, but a fantastic one with multiple courses, handmade pasta and pastries, local vegetables), and top notch service. Staff have obviously been provided excellent training; could not have been happier with my guide...

I traveled with Nomadic Expeditions through the steppes and Gobi for 14 days. They are an exceptional Mongolian travel company. We visited local Nadaam festivals in 2 locations. I loved the various contacts we had with Nomadic people who are still living essentially the way they have for centuries. The Three Camel Lodge was an exquisite experience. The dining was...

Three Camel Lodge is a wonderful experience and the entire trip organized by Nomadic Expeditions could not have been better. Our guide, Khaliun Dashtumur was personable, knowledgeable and wonderful. Our driver, Lhamsuren Tsogt-Bhathr was more than accommodating and great company. Do not pass up this opportunity should it present itself and do ask for Khaliun and Lhamsuren to be your...

The camp is a bit of luxury in the middle of nowhere. I joined as part of Nomadic Expeditions tour spending 5 days in the camp with driver and guide taking me to surrounding sites (most sites take anywhere from 1-3 hours to reach so really remote). The hospitality and employees at the camp is very welcoming and professional. It...

I've been here this August for a couple of night and EVERYTHING was just perfect. From the moment you arrive you will feel at home; the friendliest people and the most comfortable Ger you can have. We were in Reindeer and we loved the Ger and the beautiful bathroom. The food was the best we had in our 15 days...

While this is not for everyone, our group had a wonderful visit. It is interesting driving across the desert to get there (there are no road signs and the roads seem to be a suggestion), it is amazing to be in the middle of nowhere. The desert is lovely, sunrises and sunsets magical, and the food top notch. Our Gers...

We stayed here two nights on a private tour. Our ger which was very luxurious and included an attached bathroom. The food was very good and our guide Munkhtuya, provided by Nomadic Expeditions, was great at showing us the Gobi and sharing information and insights about Mongolia. We also enjoyed a Naadam Festival put on by the Three Camels Lodge.

'Must do' ultimate luxury resort that is unlike any traditional ger camps: each ger/suite has its own bathroom and shower (with evening turn-down service), great gourmet meals prepared by professional chefs, full service bar/lounge (wonderful liquor selection; plenty of single-malt whiskey choices including Japanese!), spa services, theater room, and bikes for rent; and of course, outstanding staffs. Great place to...

I actually went to Mongolia with a friend in July 2014. Our experience has stayed with me. We stayed in fully modernized gers with beautiful furnishings, an attached, modern bathroom, spa like central shower room, delicious fresh cuisine, a central lodge, and massages offered. A welcoming end to days of riding across difficult terrains and trekking. Beautifully run and most...
