We had my daughter’s wedding at the Morgansvlei in December. Morgansvlei is nestled between the mountains and very close to town (Tulbagh). We spend 3 nights and had a delicious breakfast every morning included with the accommodation. On the Sunday morning after the wedding most of the wedding guest had breakfast and said there last goodbyes on the patio of...

Clean rooms and expensive bedding with quality decor. Some rooms share a patio - these rooms are perfect for a family. Service are excellent and very friendly staff. Very close to town. Best breakfast ever!

Very cozy and adequate. Nestled at the foot of the mountains, I found this place to be very comfortable and charming. Very basic accommodation, but still very pleasant. It isn't too far from the town of Tulbagh.

We spent 3 nights here as part of the Boland cycling tour. The estate and scenery is stunning, the view from the pool area particularly. We were unfortunate to be there for the hottest day in recorded history and missed having a/c, however the other nights were fine. Otherwise staff and rooms were excellent and we really enjoyed the stay.

I got married here in January 2014 and it was simply the best day of my life. The venue itself is amazing and coupled with the breathtaking location it is simply one of my favourite places. We booked most of the accomodation for the wedding day and it proved to be a winner as everybody new each other and there...

Undoubtedly a very pretty setting ... but the rooms are jam packed next to one another and are very basic with not even a chair in the room. It was raining while we were there and as the patio did not have a solid roof on it, we were forced to stay inside our room sitting on the bed!!! 2...

Rooms are basic but comfortable. I has all you need ie fridge, two plate stove, microwave, glasses, cutlery etc etc. even a Weber on the porch! Great swimming pool at the back of the rooms to escape from the heat in Tulbagh. It has a outside communal braai next to the swimming pool. Beautifully tranquil surroundings. Breakfast was great coupled...

I stayed here for two nights for a friend's wedding recently. It is a stunning location, complete with onsite chapel and beautiful large venue with large open veranda looking out over the lake. The rooms are basic but comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the service was friendly. We took full advantage of the Brai area on the night before...

This farm looks good on pictures and as good in real life. Beautiful old Cape Dutch buildings are set around a picturesque reflecting pond surrounded by towering mountains and vineyards. The rooms are basic and right on top of each other; reasonable showers and beds but mould all over the ceilings, very few in-room amenities and no privacy. House rules...
