I agree completely with the reviewer of "sadly, not what it used to be". We stayed here one night and luckily were the only guests as it's clear that the place would be very noisy with others there. Noises and smells carry clearly from the bathroom adjoining the larger upstairs room and the king bed is supremely uncomfortable (very saggy).... More

Fourth visit to this quaint B&B. Older three-bedroom house on main street within easy walking distance to Le Nodik Spa, a pub and other restaurants and boutiques and the park. Lovely decorated and squeaky clean. By squeaky, I mean the floors have been coated with something that literally makes them squeak when you walk on them, and quite noticeable throughout... More

We were visiting family in Chelsea and decided to try this lovely little B&B The house is charming, and the interior makes you feel immediately relaxed and at home. It's impeccably clean. The B&B is centrally located in the picturesque and very charming village of Chelsea in the heart of Gatineau Park, and a short walk to a great little... More

This is the only sleeping accommodation available in the same village with the Nordik spa nearby (which was our destination the next day). It is operated by a very pleasant lady named Manon. There are three rooms in the main house that share one bathroom plus two rooms in an adjacent cabin—each with its own private bathroom. We chose the... More

We stayed at the Auberge Old Chelsea on a recent trip to the Nordik Spa. It was a fantastic experience! Very clean, beautiful accommodations, with a lovely sunlit balcony. It is a uniquely placed building with a bit of 'city at the front and country at the back'. We love food and it was a sumptious breakfast. We had a... More

This is definitely one of the best B&B that I have stayed in. The house, the room, the bathroom, the breakfast were all fantastic! The hostess was wonderful and very helpful with information on the area. The town is beautiful, the location is excellent, a very short walk to a wonderful pub, coffee house, Gatineau Park, and the Nordik Spa.... More

My husband and I rented their cabin for two nights. We stayed here because of the proximity to Le Nordic Spa and it was tremendously convenient for that. The cabin was clean, comfortable and warm and we loved our stay. I would have rated it a five but for the fact that it had a mildly musty smell and my... More

Loved our room, loved the friendly hospitality. We stayed in the room with a balcony, king size bed and shared bathroom. It was a lovely spacious room, with access to a living room, and Manon was so nice and gave us some ice for our drinks. We had a fantastic walk - recommended by owner Manon - in nearby wooded... We had booked the only room with a private bathroom but when we arrived we were told that it was under renovation so we were moved to a room with a shared bathroom. I was disappointed that I had not received the information previously as the cost to stay here was comparably high for the location. Breakfast was mediocre, the... More

Pros - close to the Nordic spa, country setting, private room with private bath, fridge and kitchen supplies, close to park and walking trails, backyard with firepit, decor is what was expected. Free wifi. Food was good and we'll presented. Cons - room could be cleaner, bedsheets need to be changed between guest stays found someone else's hair in ours... More
