The manor is tastefully decorated with antique furniture. The service and breakfasts were excellent. Breakfasts are served from Thursday to Saturday starting at 7 a.m. and there is a Sunday brunch buffet, which we will be trying very soon!

Had an amazing brunch at the Holiday Country Manor on family day. Great visit and tour, the history and charm of this establishment is amazing. Really looking forward to going back for Sunday brunch and again in the summertime to enjoy the waterfront and all that they have to offer. Jeff and Core are doing an amazing job at this...

I was at the manor for a surprise 40th birthday party for a friend. There were 14 of us ladies and we monopolized the manor! LOL! The manor has lots of country charm and 200 years of character! I loved hearing the stories of the place! There were 15 rooms I think - keep in mind this is an old...

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Holiday Country Manor shortly after new management took over. Jeff and Core (the new owners) were perfect hosts. The rooms were quaint and spotless. The food was amazing. Core does the cooking and I really think he missed his calling! A beautiful boat ride on the lake made this a perfect...

We have been a few times now to the Holiday Manor for Sunday brunch. The food is always fresh and hot and there are lots of choices. This visit we took friends for their first time and they loved it as well. The owners are passionate about their manor as they work and live there and work hard to maintain...

My husband and I go for breakfast at least every other weekend. The atmosphere is very nice in the mornings. I love the breakfast poutine, you have to try it. We heard that they will be doing dinners for groups and can't wait to give this a try. We haven't stayed the night here because we live in Battersea, but...

Our family of 5 booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms and one full bath for one night. Rooms were a bit dated but spotlessly clean. It's a 100+ year manor so we didn't expect anything modern. Location-wise, it was the perfect midpoint of our trip from Toronto to Montreal and made the drive feel much shorter. This place had...

We haven't stayed here but after passing by it many times we finally stopped in to check out the breakfast on our way to Kingston very early in the morning. We were surprised to learn it had just changed hands a few days earlier and given those circumstances we were even more surprised with the good food and service and...

Non nom nom ! This charming and funky old fishing lodge has new owners ! They are a very nice couple who are working hard to make this gem of an old inn a spot for cottages, bikers, cyclists and neighbors to visit (and of course, those who fish!). We stopped by on the first Sunday they were open for...
