We visited Coco Palm for 6 nights as part of our 2 week holiday to St Lucia. It was our 2nd visit to the hotel and we couldn't fault our stay. We paid just under £600 for B&B which was less than half our other accommodation charged. The location is perfect with lots of good restaurants in Rodney Bay (Le...

First time staying at this hotel. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. They take time to talk to the guess and make them welcome. Loved the music variety. Spa treatment was excellent I felt like I was in paradise after the treatment.

Niggles? The bathroom was starting to look a bit tired and it took an age for warm water to come out of a tap or the shower which wasn't the most powerful in any event. The Wifi in the room was occasionally unreliable. Otherwise? If you keep in mind the 3.5 stars - brilliant! The bedroom was fine with a...

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Coco Palm. The staff are superb, especially Shady and Raphic the bartenders who took good care of us. The pool area, gardens and bar are lovely and relaxing. We opted for a Creole room which are slightly cheaper but very comfortable and clean. The comments on the loud music being heard...

Since 1997 I have been visiting St. Lucia once or twice a year. It's my second home and I love it!!! It is a very mystical island that captures your heart and soul. I have stayed at many of the hotels on the island, but I have to say that I never knew about the COCO PALM. This is truly...

My Wife and I stayed at this hotel in early January. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and their warm spirits seemed to be contagious. The all inclusive package was great value for money, although their were certain exceptions. The food was generally...

This seemed like your typical carribean hotel,s.I will not mention the staff,s names because they were all so nice...

This was a very nice stay, despite the severe weather St. Lucia experienced on Christmas Eve day. The property is in a very nice location, close to a beach (10 minute walking distance), but this beach isn't that pretty. There is several dining options, duty free shopping, and a casino nearby. We booked a suite, and it was a nice...

I have stayed at CoCo Palm many times. The front desk staff is wonderful. They ask you how you are and really want to know. Anaman even asked if I needed help with an issue that had nothing to do with my stay at the hotel. In addition to that, the rooms were great. On Friday and Saturday nights, there...
