Excellent stay,people,food and ambience. Real peace and quiet with tranquil waters just meters away from the cabins. Highly recommend this place. Good for family and solo travellers alike. Definitely one of the best places if you are looking to unwind.

Before our visit we were confused by the mixed reviews. Today we left The Blue Lagoon...and very reluctantly! We are not sure how you could criticise anything about this special place. We originally booked two nights but loved the place so much, cancelled our taxi, and left a room empty at the Hard Rock hotel; because we couldn’t leave so soon. Where do we start; if you want clean, quiet, untouched Goa, with jaw dropping views then book here. The houses on the beach and by the lagoon are like a James Bond scene...just beautiful. Yes they are basic, and not the Hard Rock hotel, but they are very special; at one with nature and the ocean. The food was the best food we have had across the world; and we will almost certainly have to go on a diet to get back into our shorts! Huge…

The property is very nice 360 degree sea view is awesome. but management is local goan family whose intention to only make money. they charge everything double or triple from guests. very rude behaviour. mostly from foreigners. service is pathetic. food is not at all good. Location is very remote from Agonda. need XUv or 4X4 to reach as road is not proper total off road. Beware if you think to go there.

Hi Rohit, Thank you for complimenting our location and view. Yes, we are a family-run hotel and of course every hotel owner aims to make money, because this is the only way any business can survive. Everyone has to earn an income and enough to pay bills and staff. As you say yourself, we are in a remote location, and this explains why some things may appear to be a little higher price than elsewhere. We have to bring everything fresh from the market to the resort everyday, and the extra transport costs down the track need to be factored in. In return, guests experience a remote, unique, peaceful, natural area in Goa to spend some days in, away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Our prices are not double or triple compared to elsewhere on the beaches of Goa. We try to keep our prices fair, and as you can see from our other reviews, guests are happy with the time they spend here. Any guest who books online with us or requests information is sent full travel information, including about the track to reach us and the assistance we can give with travel and taxis. Guests are welcome to ask for a copy of the menu in advance also.

paradise in paradise, exceptional view and amazing beach and lagoon perfect to lose contact with the world staff is wonderful and very helpful the bungalows over looking the sea is stunning, bathroom very big and very well made mattress is divine, ac or not, all is perfect can't wait to go back!

We didn’t stay here but in another resort in cola beach, however we did eat at Blue Lagoon. The food was exceptionally good, I got the prawn masala and it was by far the best curry I’ve ever eaten. The beach is beautiful and definitely worth a visit. If you are just coming for the day I would recommend you eat at Blue Lagoon.
