If you are after a holiday in a magnificent setting with exceptional staff this is the place. Majika Island Resort has easy access to pristine coral gardens, numerous World war 2 Japanese war wreck sites and other activities. The staff are genuine, caring locals with smiles that will light up your day. I proposed to my partner here on the island....

we had a good stay at this resort although there's no wifi access and aircon, rooms are spacious and clean, they have hammocks outside, not many choices with their buffet, staff are very accomodating and friendly, bring your own toiletries and towels. Unforgetable snorkeling, very nice corals. You can also hike at the small mountain just close to resort, kayak...

Dear Rita, Thank you for kind words. We are glad to have had you as our guests. Your review is very accurate. Our place is rustic and caters to adventure seeking guests who love outdoor activities. Pros: - an island for yourself - rustic feeling - one with nature - they have their own diving and island tour packages - punctual and on the dot - reasonably priced Cons: Neutral: - scheduled electricity timing - basic amenities

We got a small room with bunk beds, next to the staff - which got up at 5 pm every morning. No aircon, electricity or shower. Stayed for four nights and they never cleaned our room. One place to eat at the entire island and no menu. We did not enjoy the food. They called it a buffet but served...

Dear Ssollid, It is a pity that we might have been fully booked during your stay. That is why we could not accommodate you to our more comfortable cottages. The travel to Coron does usually take one hour not two. We also could not understand your comment regarding the closed harbor and the closed amusement park. Coron's baywalk park is...

Max. 4p. native style with 2 double beds, large bathroom, ocean view, no aircon, only fans, neither phone signals nor Internet is available, no electricity during daytime, simple, no luxury! Imagine being stuck alone in a remote island. Well, you’re lucky they have beds and food! Other than that be prepared that there is nothing to expect, except for some...

Hits: (1) the staffs are warm, approachable and friendly; (2) the rooms are clean, cool and with frequent visitor (geckos); (3) got pool but empty; Miss: (1) communication with the hotel is terrible since there's no cel signal, (2) transfer to the hotel took so long, not 45 mins van ride...

They picked us up at the airport, drove to the boat which took us to Apo Island, and what a boatride, set off through mangrovetrees before we came out on open sea. The charm is all the islands around. The cabin was very simple, but clean, no hot water in the shower. We enjoyed our stay so much so we...

We were recommended Majika by some friends and booked to stay for Christmas and New Year. The Island resort is on Apo Island, a short boat ride from Coron Town and after an interesting (and rather amusing) time of our boat getting stuck in the shallow waters of the mangroves we arrived in this little piece of paradise. Majika is...
