Very comfortable and quaint rooms. The lodge itself is lovely to just spend time lounging around. Staff is very polite and helpful. Best part? The food was bloody amazing. If you can, opt for the all meals included plan, its very cheap and you'll get to try so much more Assamese food. They arrange for safaris etc. The only recommendation...

If you want to spend some quality time with family and friends away from the hustle and bustle of city this is the place to be. Nice colonial ambience with comfortable stay and homely food. Dont forget to taste the different variety of pickels provided by them !!

The oldest resort in Kaziranga, Wild Grass is a charming haven where you least expect it. With all the comfortable amenities of modern life, it yet retains a unique Assamese character. The wooden decor, the food, the furniture is evocative of Assamese culture. The management is warmly hospitable. The popularity of this charming little place can be gauged by the...

The resort is old but mentained in the simplest way. Rooms are big with wooden floor. The overall ambiance is plesent. Bonfire is organised with tribal dance in the evening. Food is also delicious and served in plenty. Most importantly, the hotel authority arranges for the tourists the permission, tickets, jeep etc for jeep safari in the Kaziranga forest. Truely...

A popular place with nature enthusiasts visiting this part of Assam. If one can deal with some lackadaisical staff, and is willing to instead get rewarded with some good company and a beautiful old lodge, then this is the place to stay. The rooms are simple, yet practical and comfortable. The menu lacks choice but whatever is served is usually...

This is one of oldest resort in Kaziranga. Instead of using the word oldest, the apt word would be the most experienced resort in the area . This resort without Tvs in the room tries to give you an experience which for a change we appreciate giving us ample time to have quality time with family and friends but without...

We arrived here and were blown away by how lovely this place was. It's a funky old lodge in gorgeous grounds...lots of plants and birds ...even a hornbill in the garden! There are 3 or 4 separate buildings for people to sleep in. We had a lovely big old teak wood room with comfy beds..the electrics were a bit antiquated,but...

Stayed at the Wild Grass Lodge as a part of the photography tour organised by Toehold from Bangalore. We were there for 6 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The food served was tasty and wholesome. B'fast was served prior our departure for the morning safari at 0630 hrs and this was appreciated by all, as it was 1130...

Wildgrass has a heritage fervour to its setup and decoration. Its a wonderful property and give you the complete feel of a forest. The rooms are huge and are well decorated. Minimal details have been taken care of. We were completely taken aback by the wonderful food served in their restaurant and the superb hospitality of the staff needs a...
